We took delivery of the washer and dryer and had a scheduled delivery date for the remaining appliances in December 2025. Ryan asked to reschedule until the new year as he had a cold. We are now in 2026 and despite several follow ups, the management has failed to make an arrangement to deliver the fully paid for appliances or arrange a refund. Over time, I have purchased just about every appliance in my home from this store given their selection, pricing and strong customer service. I began noticing a change during the pandemic. An oven I ordered took months to deliver, but then every supply chain was affected. I then ordered an accessory for the oven-a grill plate instead of a weird flat divot in the model that I'd ordered. That took almost a year to arrive-but again, COIVD. About two years ago the GE Microwave that came with the house conked out. It owed us nothing and had lasted over 10 years without complaint. I was surprised by the expense and how much it would cost to have the thing installed, but hey-inflation, right? The microwave was faulty-the keypad started peeling off within days. It went back and was replaced by one with a misaligned door. Which went back. And was replaced with another misaligned one. Which also went back. TASCO abandoned us through the series of returns, leaving us to deal directly with GE which was inconvenient. The current microwave broke when a chunk of plastic fell off the frame. It was repaired back in October, 2024. Last week the door latch broke. TASCO advised that this piece of junk had fallen out of warranty and they would do nothing to help. Despite the fact that it's been replaced and repaired repeatedly throughout the warranty period. I understand how warranties work, but this kind of failure so soon after purchase is unacceptable, and TASCO's refusal to provide any kind of support from initial purchase until now just sucks. Next time, I'll just buy from COSTCO. Way to go, TASCO, you've cost yourself a customer for life.

Sean was amazing he took so much time explaining to us the different brands and even went so far as to bring a washer I was considering to the back of the shop. He hooked it up and let it run a complete cycle so I could see and hear for myself how well it work. Upon delivery of my new washing machine I called Sean to let him know that I did not receive the hot and cold water hose. He explained that they are no longer included but said it was no big deal and he would drop it off for me. To my surprise Sean took time out of his day to go to home depot and purchase the hose free of charge to me and bring it to my house. In this day and age that level of service is unheard of. I am so grateful for everything and highly recomment Appliance Bazaar ok Kennedy to everyone. And I absolutely love my new Huebsch washer. Thanks a million Sean.

After feeling like an idiot and searching again and still not finding the 2nd controller I messaged them back again but this time I was told that they only sent 1 because I didn't get the 2 controller package.... Which I KNOW I did! So I decided to go take a screenshot of the post where it clearly states 2 controllers..... but they deleted the ad all together. The one controller they did send.... Well it has a pretty big drift on it and if I can ad the video I have of it I will. Or I will find a review platform that will allow me to.

25 years ago my son and I bought a house in Riverdale that was divided into four small flats. We've…read morerenovated the entire house bit by bit. At least my son has, I just held the tools! We've been calling on Chad for over 20 years to fix and maintain appliances for us. I thought it was about time I write a review for him. My son is a contractor, but sometimes needed help with the old appliances we inherited. Both my son and I have called him to fix various appliances in our home. We had a piggy back washer and dryer that had seen better days, upstairs in my place, he kept it alive with short visits every now and then for ten years. We finally had to admit it had go and bought a second hand super set on Kijiji. My son installed that. I have a frig in my kitchen, also on the second floor, that I bought to replace the clunker that was there and also finally died. I paid Chad $300.00 for it, second hand and refurbished, 15 years ago, it still works like a charm. That price included installation and removal of the old one. Last month it was time to address the washer and dryer in the lower unit. The washer had all sorts of problems, the dryer was dead for sure. Again Chad came, confirmed the dryer dead, sold me an almost new one, took the old (huge and heavy) old one apart and took it away, brought the new one in, installed it etc, including having to remove and then replace railings etc . He also rebalanced the washer replaced one $50 part, and the entire job cost me $600.00, including what Ipaid him for the new washer. He was friendly as ever, came when he said he would, and it was all done in three days! He's the first person I'd call, whenever I have a problem again, in the future.

The domain was only registered in 2026, but this is supposedly a 25 year business. Name registered with NameCheap. I was, unfortunately, tricked. I ordered something; it said it was being shipped. Two days later, the order was cancelled. They claimed they issued the refund, but the refund never came, nor would they send proof of the refund. The phone suspiciously doesn't work. (line not in service) Many say this business is now gone. It has been my experience that I recommend you don't take the risk. I'm out $700, but you don't have to be.

How could I NOT go into this store!? Looks-wise it's just like the standard HomeGoods we're used to in the States... except its bigger and better. And really roomy. Sometimes these types of stores are so packed you can barely move around - not this location. Set in a lower level/basement like space it felt modern and comfortable. Walking in - I instantly wished I had brought an extra duffle bag. Between the aisles of pillows, the kitchen/dining section, and the picture frames - I was in heaven. Fortunately for Hubs they also have tons of furniture, so he was able to find a {super cute} chair up front to relax in while I wandered. B/c my luggage could not accommodate all that I had seen I settled on a really beautiful picture frame to commemorate our visit to Toronto. Check out was super easy - seeing as how they had several cashiers available. And my frame, after $$ conversion was only $7. Yay for HomeSense!
