I have been going to her for past few years whenever I am in Austin; and recently, she has incorporated both craniosacral theraphy along with singing bowls (they sound so beautiful!) into our sessions. What I love about our sessions are that they are intergrated works that finds the balance between my emotional and physical levels; and not one session is the same. Once I got an email of the purchase, I checked out the website and intake/arrival Information. It was not listed anywhere that it would be at an actual apartment complex in a random apartment unit. All that is mentioned is that it was at the "Indigo community." Once I arrived and realized this I tried to cancel over the phone or at least reschedule so that I could bring my husband with me. I expressed that I didn't feel comfortable or safe going inside. I understand that a 24 hour notice is needed for cancellation though if they are not going to specify that the service is at a random apt complex and unit then they need to make an exception for those that don't feel safe.
