I've used this company before and had good results, but this time around was a whole different story. The carpet felt like it had residue even though it wasn't supposed to, however, most distressing was that the equipment used was filthy, and it left dirt all over my brand new white sofas, which I'll now have to clean as well. I also cleared everything I could out of their way so they would have no trouble cleaning areas like under the daybed. It appears they didn't even try to clean under the daybed, although there was ample access to do so. I like the idea of Green, but not with this service. I was looking to get my carpets and tile cleaned and did a price comparison with Stanley Steemer. Mighty Green was more affordable and a local business so I decided to give them a call. Great service! They listened to my requests and performed the job quickly and efficiently. I had a particularly tough stain left by previous tenants, maybe coffee or wine in a light colored carpet. Mighty Green worked on the stain when they came for carpet cleaning. Unfortunately, the stain was so deep it was pulled up from the rug pad while they were trying to get rid of it. They were scheduled to come back for the tile cleaning anyways so they worked on the stain again and this time it worked great! Highly recommend for tile and carpet cleaning needs. read more

The good: They came out fast and did a good job cleaning the outdoor furniture. However, my tenant had left stains on the carpet, and the owner of Mighty Green actually came out and did the work himself. He said he couldn't remove the stains. I was very disappointed, thinking I would have to replace the carpet, which was only three years old. Plus I didn't have time to do a replacement. So I pulled out my handy Resolve Spray carpet cleaner, and I was able to remove most of the stains myself. I am posting pics of the before and after stains, and the dirt that came off on to the rags I used to scrub the stains. I'm sorry, but I think for what I paid the carpet cleaners should have been able to do better than Resolve. I can't believe these guys have 5 star reviews. read more

Mark and his son came out and gave us an estimate for cleaning our music schools. It is tricky for us because we have $125,000+ of beautiful pianos at our campuses, and the cleaning needs to be done carefully around those instruments. We can't have excessive moisture in the carpets. We also have wool carpets in some of our areas, which need special care and cleaning. Not only was Mark incredibly responsive to my questions, but he gave me an estimate for a first cleaning that was within $1 of the other top 3 carpet cleaning companies on yelp. The difference for me was in the estimate for ongoing monthly cleaning after that. His estimate was much lower for ongoing monthly service than the other guys. When I examined his equipment, I saw that he had the very latest in cleaning technology out there. I decided I would give Mark and Mighty Green the first shot at this contract. He was able to schedule us in right away, and came out for the first cleaning on a Saturday. My husband was on site, and he really watched what was going on. Mighty Green was very responsible and thorough! It took them over 4 hours, and they moved all of the desks and furniture. We have been teaching a lot of big classes over the summer, so our carpets were really dirty, but they got them v in one go. When I got a text letting me know they were done, I mistakenly told Mark that I would get him a check for more than the amount he had quoted. Instead of taking the extra money, he reminded me that the price was lower. That's integrity in action. This is a guy I want to do business with, long term. I requested a call back. He called after 5:30. He said he was working in someone's house and refuses to answer the phone while working in a customers home. I really like that. I made an appointment, He arrived on time. He said he would do a great job, that he takes pride in his work. He did. In fact he exceeded my expectations. His price was straight up, I asked him not to try and up sale me and he didnt. He was very reasonable. My last carpet cleaning was around 160.00, He was just over that at 180 (totally worth it). I have stairs and he even cleaned the risers (toe kicks) by the looks of it. I was getting quotes of over 200 and one over 250. I have found the company that will clean my carpets for now on. Chris got them looking brand new, as well as cleaning my two couches and getting them sparkling clean. Called Mighty Green at the last minute to clean the carpet in a duplex our son shares with three other college students. The carpet is old and extremely dirty. Not sure why it took 2 people, but then again there was an extra set of hands when it came time to clean my carpet.
