We had a scheduled a carpet cleaning with At Ease Cleaning a few days ago. It was our first time having Derek clean our carpets, and it won't be our last. He came on time, actually even a few minutes earlier than he told us, which was fantastic. He cleaned two carpets for us, our living room carpet and a bedroom carpet. Derek was professional, always smiling, and happily answered all our questions. He did a very thorough job, and when he left our carpets were only slightly damp, which meant we could move things back into the rooms later that afternoon. Derek was great! We live up 68 stairs from the street (Yes, 68 stairs!) and that didn't detour Derek and his very long cleaning hose! Derek was great! Firstly, he was able to make time in his schedule the day of our request. Last tenets left the carpets with a strong stench and many stains. Fantastic service! We had called to get someone out to clean my Moms room do to bloody nose issue which got on the carpet. It's a Sunday and expected to have to wait until at least tomorrow. Dereck called me back within about an hour. Very understanding and said he was available to come out today. This was around 10:30 am. Derek said he could be here by 12:00 pm. I said great! He was here at 11:55 am. Professional, friendly and here on a Sunday-willing to jump in. Yes, he also brought his respirator. For Covid-19 appropriateness.
