Thanks so much Rick! He arrived early and steam cleaned our living room and hallway carpets, a small throw rug, and a big upholstered chair, all for $110. There are a few small spots on the living room carpet, and a faint hint of a stain on the throw rug I can still see, but it was a tough job and the results are much better than any rented carpet machine we've used previously. He used a fragrant deodorizing spray on the upholstered chair after it was cleaned. I find the smell pleasant but sensitive noses may find it strong, just a heads up. Rick (the owner, operator) was friendly and very knowledgeable, he knew exactly what type of carpet I had and what needed to be done to get it clean. And it sure is clean, looks like new again. He cleaned all the carpets in my house as well as two area rugs and a sofa.
