This cleaning service has unperformed every single cleaning visit you question what are they doing. There are so many deficiencies in their service to get to know you're only paying this janitorial service to move dirt from one place to another but not removed. You walk into the bathrooms the things that strike out are their methods of how they work and it's bad because all you notice is the lack of cleaning every single night. The paper towels fall out all the time from the dispensers because they don't know how to install the papers correctly, the waste baskets liners are put on backwards, the sinks have mineral water spots that they don't bother to remove, the toilets don't get wiped underneath or around the base, they install the toilet rolls incorrectly constantly besides the tile floors, they lack proper mopping skills because they are pot black from the grout to the tile baseboards. Windows, water fountains don't get wiped down, cobwebs go unnoticed and carpet spotting is never done, especially when they have been there for months that are pizza size spots. What is really interesting is they are claiming they have well paid staff, work happy and they provide quality control to check all their work but really, is that true? Quality control should be seeing the complaints and fixing those problems that are addressed but Executive is not doing anything to assure us that they are respectful to cleaning our facility. The only reason they got the job is because they tried to win us for their low price and they said they were the best in the cleaning business but it was really a metaphor because when you experienced their service to say otherwise; they haven't proved anything of that claim. I felt the price was a trap to lock in their service then to wonder afterwards to deal with them once you give them the keys into your building encounter the problems we experienced from day one. read more

Cutting corners in cleaning was certainly not our idea on finding a cleaning service. The work is done so fast counter tops don't really feel disinfected. Second they use their dirty mops by carrying the same mop from one office to all the offices they go to each night putting the same germs in our store. Then they only use backpack vacuums when they should be using upright vacuums because there is hairballs everywhere then we have to vacuum ourselves in the morning. They claimed they were going to be detailed and it certainly isn't the case, feather dusting doesn't do anything but move dirt around and then they say they use only the best chemicals but they water them down too much because there is no scent left. When you have hundreds of customers these things need to be disinfected. Personally I feel we are really wasting our time to say any little thing they didn't do with a phone call because it won't be taken care of. They say they will come in and make changes but our store surveillance camera's shows them really making no difference and we know how long they're in the store because we call our alarm company as they aren't spending much time cleaning as quoted. If you want to save money, I would really think twice about using this service, I personally feel we have to spend more to have someone isn't so rushed to clean because this company isn't very clean. Their clothes look worn and they're vehicles aren't that clean either. Should that matter, if they want business they're not approaching it very well but to clean with a contract that is 60 percent lower than our last service with price catch to save money, well that isn't the case. They did a bad job cleaning the my office and were not very thorough. I left a note for them every night on my desk what all need to be done. when i come back next nothing will be done. The other bad news: While cleaning, they broke a CFL bulb and didn't tell me. It's possible they didn't even know they broke it. After I found out later that night, I called and they would not admit to it. I know they busted it because it's a lamp I use every night and was working the night before. Since the bulb contains mercury, I spent the next couple of hours moving furniture and cautiously cleaning the area in hopes of picking up all toxic pieces. If that wasn't bad enough,. I also found that they had cracked a leg on office table. When they were vacuuming, the worker dragged the table to provide access for vacuuming. I heard a loud crack and so did a coworker. I inspected the table but could not find anything wrong. It was only the next day when I made a thorough inspection did I find that glue hold the table leg had cracked. It's still held together by screws, but the glue kept the leg from wobbling. I had mentioned all these issues to Executive Janitorial office staff, but never heard back from them after that first call about the CFL bulb. I would have given 3 stars based on the cleaning and value, and even 3 stars if he'd man'd up and dealt with the problems. But they chose to ignore them, so they won them self the lowest rating. read more

These cleaners are not making any good effort to clean an office building common area but really just a trash and dash service instead. It feels like they are only doing the trash as you see urine splatter in the bathrooms, wet paper towels being placed in the paper towel dispensers and not being folded to continue pull down, sinks have so much buildup around them and more. Even the tile grout is so dirty from their dirty mops they use out of their vehicle which makes me think, how clean are they if they're using the same mop water or same mop head over and over from office to office. Also drinking water faucet is never thoroughly cleaned which it full of mineral deposits plus the visible cobwebs and dust you can see over everything; they only work at night which they don't understand you see everything in the daytime. You pay this cleaning service and what do you notice after they come? Just emptied trash to wonder what was wiped down because you can see the lack of service they perform. They claimed they are about quality and clean health for employees but it is so misleading to think we are paying for something that is a waste of time because it is not being cleaned as to what they say. Why should you wonder if the toilet seats were wiped or something else if they lack so much service to be rest assured things are being cleaned? It never feels that way from this cleaning service. read more

I had Executive Janitorial clean my office while I was on a business trip. They assured me I would come back to a very clean office. I decided to go with them because their estimate was lower than the other cleaners in the area. Upon coming back from my trip, I was a bit shocked to see what they cleaned. The floors were spotless and looked good. The ceiling fan had dust on it still, some windows were clean while others weren't, while others still had spray on them (that had dried up by now). They did dust around the electronics,and telephones. But I'm not overly impressed. While they did clean and I can see where they cleaned, its a bit unfinished. So now I have to call another cleaning company to finish the job or do it myself. read more

Executive Janitorial is clearly an unprofessional cleaning business. What company leaves the customers keys inside the office with their clipboard containing all the passwords and doing it again after telling the owner about the complaint? Then they leave their clip board visible in their cleaning vehicle on their dashboard every time seeing all the passwords to every cleaning customer they have as if there is no respect to all their customer's privacy because it is visible so everybody can see it. Their employees don't speak very good English which I would also question their immigration papers too but so you have to call the company to make the inquiry yet what good does that do? Horrible service. The owner seemed like a nice guy untill he kept delaying our appointment just so they can arrive late anyway. Anyways they came a half hour late. And I must say this was not the company I was looking for because I needed professional cleaners. My office still doesnt feel clean, the corners were not even touched and still dirty. Well they came late and they looked tired. They forgot some rags behind I had to throw away . I think they could have done a better job , they didnt even clean the bathrooms properly and all the tables have wipe marks on them. I dont think I will be using them again. Thumbs down read more
