Your results may vary, but from my experience, anything related to car repair as a woman who knows nothing about cars can be really stressful. I don't know enough to discern if they're telling me the right thing or taking advantage. They showed me the codes. Asked if I knew how certain things worked. Literally explained to me in a way that I could actually understand what was wrong with my car and what they needed to do to fix it. AMAZING!!! I dropped it off in the afternoon and picked it up, running just fine, mid-day the very next day. Absolutely honest, kind, and reasonably priced work. You'll be my go-to place now! The Honda design would require a significant amount of work to be completed (big $$). I was expecting a bill for $200 in parts and 8-10 hours of labor. BUT I was pleasantly surprised to find I diagnosed the issue incorrectly and they charged me $70 to fix the issue. I was so happy I wanted to get on here and give them some praise for their honesty. The family owners are onsite, and really care about the customers. They've remodeled the lobby area, and rather than looking like the typical broken down grease monkey automotive waiting area, it's a nice peaceful place to sit and relax.
