I spoke with Jose who immediately made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He offered me an 11 am appointment (same day is insane) and recommended I have the car towed to avoid engine damage. He asked that I give them a call when it was on the way and had me squared away in about 5 whole minutes. As promised, I gave them a call when the tow truck was on the way and spoke with Daisy. She explained the entire process to me, got my info, and told me to keep an eye on my email. Not only did I have a quote by 11:15, I also had a text advising me of the estimate. The pricing here in PHENOMENAL, it would've easily cost me three times as much if I'd have taken it anywhere else. Two hours later, I got a call saying that not only were my repairs were complete, but outlining the issue and the steps they took, and confirming the estimate was the final price. To recap, I had an appointment and repairs done in 3 hours. That's INSANE. I'm absolutely blown away. On top of stellar service, everyone was so incredibly nice and personable. It is so refreshing to feel like you can trust someone in a moment of uncertainty and vulnerability and I don't take that lightly.
