Hands down, the best tacos in Corvallis. The meats are impeccably flavored and moist, and taste like high quality cuts. After moving to Corvallis from California a couple of months ago, I've made it my mission to find authentic tacos here, and Miguel's is it. My goal is to become a regular at this place, it's that good! It's a pretty small shop, with no where to sit, but the waterfront is not too far of a walk. On a nice day there's no place I'd rather go. Don't hesitate to get their birria tacos (although one time he made me a birria quesadilla and it's one of the best quesadillas I've ever had). Nice job! This review is long overdue! Me and my partner moved here about 4 months ago, and have been to Miguel's countless times since. We get the My Burrito Al Pastor with no cheese or crema every time because it is just so dang good!!! We've also tried the chicken green burrito with no cheese or crema which was good too, but nothing can beat that al pastor! We also get the beans and rice side dish a lot, it's really good and flavorful. Prices are great, portions are generous.
