My experience was initially with Julie. She was awesome and was the only reason I stayed with this agency. When she left I was going to leave, but did not have time to find a new insurance company. I found that the staff is what makes this particular State Farm Agency successful. ,Sianna : Anastasia and Amber were very awesome and helpful. They treated me with respect and gave me helpful information. Sianna not sure if Ispelled her name correctly but I ended up getting information and her time to help me to stay on. My auto insurance was going to increase and she spent a few days trying to find ways to help find ways to keep me as a client. .The other girls also helped but when I would call I got Syanna a few times I thought I would just cont with her.and she was awesome. I want to recommend each of these three people for a duly deserved bonus. Great full for their help ... Instead of letting me leave they tried to help me stay and work with options. Mike and his staff are careful, low-key, and effective. They're comfortable to work with, and they give good insurance! Mike spent about an hour with me reviewing my relatively simple insurance policies. He listened to how much financial risk I was comfortable with, and adjusted my policies to my needs. He's straight-forward and does the best sales job possible: he gives information to let you buy what you want. Mike lists the pluses, minuses, options, and alternatives. He lets you think and sell yourself. When I had a claim, his office and his staff both were supportive and came through on all of their promises. Susan was fantastic at helping me understand my new policy. She saved me about $40 a month which is huge when you add it up. She was prompt on getting materials to me and not pushy about adding unnecessary options. I think this agency is about as good as it get's for an insurance company. First I had to get this done right away before work & they actually opened up the office early to accommodate my schedule. Then not 2 days later I locked my keys in my car with the car running and had to call a professional to unlock it. No problem they said - just bring in the receipt after work.
