Un-freakin'-believable. They have really screwed us. A made-up technicality that we were never given the option to purchase. When I asked the agent on the phone to produce the piece of paper that had my initials or my wife's initials next to this obviously made up technicality denying the coverage, they could not produce it. Needless to say we are now shopping for new insurance. Loyalty means nothing in this world. I have a recently broken spine or I would take care of this crap myself but these jackasses to do this crap to us when we need them the most?
