He gave pragmatic advice about how to solve the problem, and he was thorough in making sure that our plumbing and sprinklers were well out of the way. We asked Tim to come out again to get a few things fixed around the house before our first baby comes. He patched drywall, sanded down a squeaky door, got a window screen tear repaired, and straightened and safety attached shelves to the wall. Avoid!! Dale and Janet Rickert of Rickert's Reluable Repairs/Roofing/carpentry, nice on surface but…read morethey turned out to be NOT reliable, NOT honorable and NOT trustworthy. They put new asphalt on my roof in late 2020, but never finished the work they agreed to do and received full payment for our agreed project. Now, one of the issues is that the shingles are coming off...They are unresponsive and honestly have always been unresponsive. In one brief conversation they claim now their work only has a 1 year guarantee!! Now others will have to he hired to repair and finish their work. They promised to address any issues... "Just call", but they have ignored their responsibility. Their word in not good. Very low integrity, unprofessional conduct. AVOID.
