My mom has been a customer for a long time from this agency and the service has been good up until…read morea couple of months ago when my mom had an accident and they've told me to call allstate to handle the business. My mom said no she's not doing that and told them to call. I recently had a problem with someone rear ending me and got the police report and went there for THEM to help because I'm a CUSTOMER. I got everything and told them what happened that I was involved in an accident and that it wasn't my fault because they rear ended me and they came out with the same story that I had to call them and have everything figured it out. Not happy with the customer service there. Will come tomorrow and talk to the manager about the experience I had and want this resolved. I pay them for a reason... To have service when I need it.

This year I was contacted by a health ins agent that used a long defunct email and sent a package of info to an address we haven't had in over 5 years. I found the email 2 weeks after they sent it to wrong email address, responded that I have serious health issues and needed help navigating the renewal for 2023. Also included personal info to enlighten the agent so he could do a little work. Yea, that didn't happen. He response was to question my eligibility and wanted copies of what I send to the insurance carrier! Response didn't include "sorry to hear about your health" , or "give me some time to look at your situation", or even a "good luck to you". Just robotic, apathetic and quite frankly, unprofessional. Took business insurance away years ago...I was upset the rep would send me a renewal application 10 days before renewal. I contacted the ins Co direct and was told the paperwork was emailed to the rep over 60 days prior. We did some investigating and found the rep had changed the date on the email to make it seem like she had just received it. Deceitful! Go somewhere else unless you're happy with just paying and not getting service. DONE!
