Permitting could have been a lengthy delay but we got it in a day, in large part because Vartan worked with the inspector directly and took the initiative to ensure both his and my responsibilities were carried out in a timely fashion. He and his crew were punctual, polite and made every effort to minimize the impact they were making on the house as they ran the new wires. Cuts in the drywall were clean circles and they even saved the inserts to facilitate patching once they were done. Communication with Vartan throughout the project was very straight forward. He was very flexible about our specific needs for the house and replaced bedroom lights with ceiling fans and added a living room light at no extra cost for the labor.
