My KRUPS electric kettle went beserk on Sunday morning, not shutting off automatically like it should, causing the cord's plug to melt inside the kitchen wall outlet. I reached out to Wenbo when I needed new outlets installed at my small business. Though I contacted several other electricians, he answered promptly and was the only one who offered to come in-person to take a look. I requested an estimate for a electric panel upgrade because I wanted to install an electric tankless water heater and my plumber stated I needed a 240v line and my current water heater is only 120v. I sent the request out to a bunch of different plumbers on yelp at 9PM. Wenbo responded within a few minutes! Wenbo took the time to explain what my options were and asked me a few clarifying questions to help me out with my project. The conversation went back and forth till 11PM.
