Like took off all 4 wheels and everything. They gave me an extensive list of stuff that was wrong. Ok, whatever. But when they were fooling with the wheels and brakes, they totally let a bunch of air into my brake lines. It was like major spongy brake pedal after that and they were fine before. Almost hit somebody on my way home. I called and asked them what the heck and they were like, of course, oh no, we don't know nothin' bout that. So I can't bleed the brake lines myself and had to get a mobile mechanic to come bleed them which costs more than the freaking oil change which was also pretty expensive, $120.00.

I had my minivan serviced here in December 2024, and ever since then, it's been nothing but…read moreproblems - electrical issues, mechanical issues, all getting worse over time. I finally had it towed to another mechanic out of state, and guess what they found? The entire electrical system was fried because of a faulty alternator - the same one this shop put in. Turns out, the alternator they installed was the wrong size and putting out too much power according to the other mechanic, which completely destroyed my system. I'm now paying thousands in repairs because of their mistake. And to make it worse, the alternator was used, something they never told me until I came back trying to return it under warranty. At first, the two guys at the counter were polite, but then they called over the owner, Lloyd.That's when everything went downhill. Lloyd walked up rolling his eyes before I could even explain what was going on. He immediately got defensive and accused me of trying to "take money out of his pocket." He kept repeating the same line - that I didn't come back to him for the issue, so he didn't know what was wrong. How was I supposed to know it was the alternator when it took another mechanic to figure that out? He wouldn't even look at the alternator, compare the serial number, or actually check the warranty like I asked. He just kept rolling his eyes and talking down to me and my grandmother like we were the problem. I wasn't even asking for the full amount - just the $380 refund for the alternator, which was under warranty. He still refused, saying he'd "send it off to be tested" like we wouldn't hear back conveniently that "nothing was wrong" with it. The way Lloyd handled this was completely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing. He was rude, dismissive, and treated us with zero respect. Everyone else there was kind, but Lloyd was condescending, arrogant, and clearly more interested in protecting his pocket than doing what's right. This man has completely lost my trust. I wouldn't let him touch a lawnmower, let alone a car. Do. Not. Ever. Trust. This. Shop.

They are honest, very down to earth and speak to you in very simplistic terms to help you understand your car. Also loving the fact that the shop is female owned! After the work was completed and my vehicle returned, I discovered a significant coolant leak. The company offered to inspect the vehicle, but I declined due to concerns about the overall quality of the work. These concerns included a crack in the fan shroud, debris left in the engine compartment, and the company's response when I notified them of the leak: I felt as though they were blaming me instead of considering the possibility of an installation error. I then took my truck to a Toyota Dealership; they informed me that the leak was caused by the serpentine belt rubbing up against the upper radiator hose. According to several mechanics I've consulted, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle should have noticed this issue and remedied it before returning the vehicle to me. As a result of this issue, I incurred additional costs for towing and corrective repairs. I reached out to the company to request reimbursement, but they declined, stating their policy regarding "customer-supplied" parts. I presented them with evidence that supports my opinion that this issue was caused by faulty installation, but they continued to deny any responsibility. The following is the last communication I received from one of the company's representatives after I informed them I would be posting my experience on social media platforms: "You were very obviously looking to exploit this situation for free services, your trying to take advantage of a small company and it's pretty sad but that's fine, if trying to take us down makes you feel like a man I wish you the best." I brought my car to Andrew because the a/c wasn't working. He confirmed the compressor wasn't turning but after checking my mileage he stopped short, in case I was still covered under warranty. Even though I had ruled out my warranty eligibility, he wanted to be sure so he called the dealer for me! They were still not certain so he suggested I take a little time in his office to call the corporate line. Ultimately, the manufacturer gave me clearance to get the repair under warranty. Thanks to Andrew's good faith, I saved money on this one. It really says something about his business, to go out of the way to look out for my money. His website also has a cool blog detailing their business philosophy-- to provide the customer with high quality labor at an agreed upon price while refusing to greatly mark up and hide the cost of parts as other shops do. That's what got me in the door. They're also super convenient to Aloma and University on the Semoran side of town. I'll be back when my older family car has trouble.
