I seriously doubt a consultant can break apart a dental practice...seems much more likely it was already at the breaking point and when the causes were exposed, the associate left the practice and took some staffers when leaving. Maybe they waited too late to call in a consultant? Associateships often fail when the dentists don't see eye to eye.
