I met with Elisa (the owner) to review my past year returns, business details, etc. in order to prepare my 2012 tax returns and to begin handling the accounting of my new business. In any event, I sent her several follow up emails over the course of a few weeks to see what was going on...all with no response. Over the course of a month, I left more messages for her, sent more emails, stopped by her office to find out how she was doing on my returns (she was never there; always at her office in LA) etc...all to no avail. She just simply vanished. After about 6 weeks, Elisa called me back and stated " We're you trying to get in contact with me?". Anyway, needless to say, I already moved on to another accountant.
