He felt the front brakes and said the rotors were warped and he was sure that's what was causing the problem. Told him we'd like to get that fixed and he said he would start looking for the parts. Several days later, we hadn't heard back so we called again. He said he had his parts guy looking for what we needed but he hadn't found the parts yet. We told him we were only in town for another week and really wanted this done before we left. He told us we could find the parts ourselves if we were in a hurry. So, we called the International dealer an hour away and they immediately told us they had the parts we needed. (Why couldn't his parts guy find them?! It took us like five minutes.) Had the parts shipped overnight so we could get them installed. Called Brian, he didn't call back. Texted and reminded him we were leaving town soon and basically begged him to come do the install. He agreed to come on the last day we were in town. After the parts were installed, I took the bus around the block to test it out. Steering felt EXACTLY the same. No change at all. So even if the brakes needed new rotors, that obviously wasn't the problem we wanted to fix. Now we're out over $1200 and our steering still sucks. Wrong diagnosis, bad communication skills, zero effort to help us find parts. Overall super bummed with this entire transaction. But I guess our brakes are better now. ‍

They made it a point to try there best to help me the best they could and even though the business didn't go to them because of the size of the job and the time restrictions we had. They went above and beyond trying to help me with my situation. They were even willing to give me A Tow which is another service they offer. At the end of them helping me I tried to give them alittle Tip just to show my appreciation and they declined it. This in itself showed me the kind of man Bryan is and the kind of business he's running. I'm not sure how he found this place, but once he did, it seemed that was all he talked about. He met Matt and spoke so nicely of him. My husband had gone a few times to look at boats and compare and get quotes, and met with Matt every time. He said Matt was patient, not pushy at all, and really answered whatever questions my husband had every single time he went in there. My husband would bring all this info back to me. I went for the first time on 5/18 to actually look at the boats my husband had his eyes on. Matt wasn't there, but today we went again, and I met Matt, and he was all my husband said. He is an example of how a salesperson should be. The process of getting approved for financing was pretty simple. Who knew! And when we picked up our boat, George, who walked us through the ins and outs on the boat, was friendly, funny, and sooo knowledgeable! Definitely recommend this place even if you're just looking at boats!
