I had my boat worked on at boat country in Ripon . Absolute horrible experience . 5 weeks to change a tower and the camera didn't work up in the tower . Brought it back for a coolant problem they said there was no problem other than it being low on radiant fluid . They said they burped the system added fluid and charged me $350 . This boat is still under warranty . Should not have been charged . Called them back they said they couldn't get to me till the end of August . Called up Galey's Marine they got me in right away . Jeff the service manager is an awesome person to deal with met their mechanic another great person . Could not brag enough on what a awesome company this place is . Even though I have to drive 6 hours to get to them they will be my go-to people . Couldn't brag enough on how well they took care of us . I will tell everybody I know this is the place to buy a boat or take your boat . Thanks so much again. Supra 2022 SL550.

First things first. I was skeptical about coming here after reading some of the negative reviews. I am in the market for a specialty tritoon boat. I had spoken with Bass Pro Shops in Rancho Cucamonga and a dealer in San Diego. they both had a great price, but I decided to drive an hour and a half to Bakersfield? Let me say that I am sure glad that I did. This is a family run business for over 50 years and I appreciate that. Steve and the crew at Galley's was worth the drive. I found out they could match or beat the price and far easier to deal with on a personal level. My needs and skepticism were quickly addressed, and my overall experience was stress free. I can't speak for the other reviews, but I have only positive comments regarding this company. I would highly recommend Steve and the crew at Galey's Marine.

Great customer service. I'm new to the boating game & needed help w/ new Wakeboard bindings. Matt helped us with selecting the right fit bindings & he also put them on our wakeboard & explained how to ride them & how to position our legs when riding as we become more accustomed to wakeboarding, so now I'm ready to wakeboard! The store has all the items we needed for our boat & some. Great shop for your boat needs or if you want to buy a New boat from them. Will definitely be a repeat customer!!

Our boat which sits in a private lake (Pinewood Lake) had a coating of scum on the hull which made it necessary to remove it from the lake and take it for a detail. The scum comes from poor maintenance of the lake but unfortunately our homeowners association doesn't seem to care. Galey's worked on it several hours and finally got most of it removed by using a pressure washer. What I didn't like about the detail job was that they did no polishing or waxing. When I asked why It wasn't shined, I was told that plastic polish does not last so they didn't put it on. I have since been told by other sources that was not true. I didn't make a fuss about it because the $250 they charged me seemed to be fair due to the difficult time they had getting the scum off the hull.

We've had nothing but shoddy work from them. Every time we have had it in their shop, it doesn't even make a day on lake buenavista before it breaks down and leaves you stranded. Their service department has yet to give us the boat back and it be fixed right. We have had 4000 in parts and labor in a year. Their service people have been absolutely rude to me and my husband Scott. He's a disabled veteran, no respect shown to him. They have been asked repeatedly to make it sea worthy and they haven't done it yet. One service person told us not to put the plug in and sink it so the insurance would pay for it. No integrity at all in them. After the last so called repair we ended up with a broken fuel filler hose we took it back and was told it didn't happen in their mechanic shop. It wasn't broken before it went in? We also showed Jeff the outdrive was moving back and forth a lot and he said that it was removed when they pulled the engine out. Then told it wasn't taken out when they pulled engine but was told differently by the general manager Their forklift driver gouges outdrive the they defaced in their shop with indelible ink. Lousy service department.

After 6 weeks of silence and no updates, no responses to texts or calls, I had enough and decided to pick them up and take my business elsewhere. When I finally showed up to collect my jet skis, Jon had a long list of excuses. He even admitted that he had been working with his shop closed because so many other customers were calling, texting, or showing up looking for their boats and jet skis. That alone says a lot about how poorly things are being managed. It's incredibly unprofessional to make promises you can't keep and then ignore your customers. If you value communication, reliability, or basic customer service, I'd strongly recommend going somewhere else.

He removed the motor, fuel tanks and outdrive but never started repairs. He is famous for taking in small repairs that he can turn around quickly but always has money problems. I finally got my boat back with no repairs being done after giving him $3000 for a deposit. The floor is torn out, the motor, outdrive and everything else he removed was placed in the boat on a pallet. Many people have told me since that he is not trustworthy and if I can save 1 person the trouble and expense I went through then this post is worth it! be ware and use extreme caution if you want to use him... getting everything in writing proved worthless.

Decided on our first boat purchase and came to Pacific Marine Center. When we arrived Jason greeted…read moreus, offered us waters and asked how he can help us. We told him that we were interested in looking at a Yamaha Boat. He said it was in the other showroom and we took the club car down the street to their extended property. Didn't realize how many boats they had in stock. When it came to making the deal he was not pushy, got us extra discounts within reason and spoke to Jack (the owner) to see what else they can do to sweeten the deal. Jack was pleasant, probably stressed with how busy they were that day, but still took the time to work with us to get the price right for our purchase. When we came back the next week to pick up the boat they were very good in going over the entire boat and features as well as inspecting every angle. They include basic safety gear 4 life jackets and a throwable that you can exchange for credit if you already have gear. The workers hooked up the boat and trailer to our hitch and we were on our way. It gets busy here especially around 10-11am with people getting service for their boats. A lot of drop offs and pick ups. Definitely plan on coming early when they open. Customers come in stressed but Jason, Jack and staff stay cool and calm to help everyone with their needs. Thanks Pacific Marine Center for the great experience!

Financing was easy. Everyone was really nice and inviting. Really, the got us in our dreamboat. It was a 13 hour round trip from our house but 100% worth it. Dont be afraid to reach out and make a drive. We hope to never part with our new pontoon, but if we ever need to upgrade, we're going back.
