The coleslaw had a slight sweetness to it. Nice and crunchy though. The Mac and cheese was made with cheddar cheese and was nice and creamy. The baked beans had multiple types of beans in it. The owners are Charles and Jarret. They're super personable individuals and were easy to talk with about their experiences with the business . I ordered the two sandwiches platter which comes with 3 sides. I had the Brisket and Pulled Pork sandwiches. Each came with coleslaw on top. My 3 sides were baked beans, Mac N Cheese and Cowboy Corn. I'll start with the sandwiches. Totally surprised by both sandwiches, they both had nice and moist meat that was smoked perfectly. The coleslaw on top just added that perfect crunch to the sandwich. I used Bangin Bourbon on one and Homestyle which was tangy and sweet. Both had great flavor. On to the sides. The Mac n Cheese was made with a Rotini style noodle and was made with Colby, Cheddar and Jack cheese. It was super flavorful. And finally there was the Cowboy Corn which of course had corn, peppers red and green made with a super flavorful sauce. So Tasty!! Almost forgot a star in the menu, the Baked Beans, OMG!!!! But, despite my best efforts, I was not able to vanquish all the food that was on my plate. Wow. I placed all the leftovers in it to go box and it made two meals for later, I was quite surprised. The food here is delicious and I found it to be quite the bargain. Definitely coming back for more. There are lots of barbecue restaurants in Columbus, but Smoked On High truly stands out as exceptional.

I checked the menu several times, and "coney sauce" was never listed as part of the dish. When I tried to address the issue, the customer service was very disappointing. The manager apparently didn't feel the situation was important enough to address, and the employee at the counter seemed annoyed that I even brought it up. I wasn't asking for a refund -- I simply wanted what I actually ordered. Instead, I left feeling ignored and unheard. Customer service and communication matter just as much as the food.
