    Second time we've done business here and not disappointed. Bought a beautiful 2015 Tacoma over the weekend-great car, great deal and a great team at Mike Shaw to work with. Stoney is the go to man here. Been here for decades, and truly puts his entire heart into the deal Calvin Walker, their sales manager, came out to show his appreciation for our business and made sure we were well taken care of

    I bought a car. They lied about the warranty to make the sale. The finance lady was rude. I would not recommend buying from this dealership.

    I came in today for my 1230 appointment and called Juan at 12:30 and told him I was running a…read morelittle late because we made an appointment for 1 PM which was originally made at 2:30 PM and Juan told me that his technician wasn't doing anything so when we got it here, we could perform the Works, which is what I put in the notes and requested. I walked in spoke to Sean who was absolutely the most non-welcoming human I've ever met. He told me when we brought the car in at 1 PM that it would be 4 PM that we could pick the car up. I got a bill for $115 for only an oil change and the rotation was never done. You advertise a service called the Works, which is what I always get when I come here but that was not performed as I requested. It's now 4:02 PM and I'm waiting now for a tire rotation after I refuse to pay my $115 bill and Sean offered to give me the car for the price of the Works but didn't do the rotation so now we're waiting to get the rotation done. What kind of operation are you guys running here? I asked to speak to the service manager earlier when I spoke to Sean, but he said he wasn't here today. I come to find out that he's on vacation for the next week. Welcome back scott. Someone needs to figure out your service dept. I bought 3 Broncos from y'all. I had no idea that I was gonna spend all day waiting for my car to get an oil change and rotation. The ownership replied to my review as you can see, but they have never contacted me. Never. Liars.

On my drive home, the truck had a maintenance issue (tire pressure monitors stopped working). This should have been a simple fix when we took it back in 2 days later. Instead, we drove all the way back out there 25 miles only to be told that they could not fix the issue that day. Since then they have been completely unresponsive. We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Buyers beware!!

One of the best car deals we've ever had (I I was raised by a cat dealer and sold cars myself for several years). We were greeted by a young woman named Jackie, who was very professional and knew the car and all its functions. We never felt any pressure. Even when she brought in the manager. They both we very informative and accepting of our position. We did not plan to buy that day, just stopped in to look at a pathfinder. We wanted a 25 (less expensive) so they said they'd find one. A couple of days later they called to say they'd located one and would let us know when it arrived. Two days later they called to say they were not able to get it after all, however, they offered us the same deal on a 26. No tricks, no BS, just a straight & honest deal. Even the F&I experience easy. They brought us the first paper work with some warranties we did not want. We told them that and the removed them with no pressure and the deal was done. Easy-peasy! Then Jackie walked us through all the cars special features (which were many) and off we drove. It almost seemed to good to be true. We could not have been more pleased and we love our new Pathfinder!

The service advisor, Anyssa Guzman, had me waiting for more than 40 minutes just to give me an estimate. They were going to charge me over $1000.00 to replace a single headlight. I declined the service because it was too expensive. I asked for my keys to leave, and that's when another person came out and suggested an alternative option. She offered an aftermarket part for $645.64 and gave me a generic excuse as to why they hadn't offered this option earlier. The headlight would take four days to arrive at the dealership, and I was required to prepay for the part. I didn't want to wait or prepay, so I asked for my keys again. I then waited almost another hour to get my keys back. When they finally brought my vehicle out, I inspected it because I found the delay suspicious. The dealership had washed my car despite the broken headlight, which had a hole about 4X5 inches in size. They completely saturated the inside of the headlight with water, causing even more damage. That's when I realized why they had taken so long to return my keys--they had been drying and cleaning up the mess. The Nissan manager, a guy named Mathew, came out and tried to justify what had happened. He was useless. All I wanted was for Nissan to take responsibility for any electrical problems that might arise due to their mistake. Instead, Mathew offered to replace the lightbulb. (a $8-10 lightbulb). I laughed and left. I then called another Nissan dealership outside Corpus Christi, TX, and they gave me an estimate of $590.00 for the original part, including labor. Meanwhile, Hicks Family Nissan in Robstown, TX, was trying to charge me twice the price for the same part--and even more than the aftermarket part they tried to sell me. I strongly recommend that you avoid doing business with Hicks Family Nissan.
