This place was a staple go to before Roman sold it, which I was unaware until it was to late. I dropped a new F150 off for an oil change and flat repair. I picked it up late that afternoon and went back to work. I kept smelling a stage odor and thought they had spilled oil. Turned out they over filled the engine by 2-3 quarts. The line was all the way up the dipstick. I called them out on it and they took the truck back. The new owner would not give me a receipt on either visit. They did not fix my problem by draining the oil. I've taken it to ford twice because it continues to smoke out one exhaust pipe. We've changed the PCV valve and the only other option is inspecting the rings. 18k miles and all went to hell because a kid has to use an app to determine how much oil the truck uses and doesn't check the dipstick. Took my car in to change spark plugs that I supplied, told me would only charge for labor. I had no idea their labor is $100 an hour and that it would take them 2.5 hrs!! $250 bill with no warning when I showed up. I'll never go back. 2.5 hours? What kind of mechanic takes 2.5 hours to change spark plugs?! read more

I went in to get a truck inspected and diagnosed at 3pm and was told they all just went to lunch and would be back by 4pm, so no big deal, I had some errands to run, so I went and got my stuff done and came back at 4pm and they didn't show back up until 430pm, nothing to complain about there, I wasn't in a hurry, and the cashier in the store was so polite, so shout out to her. so the mechanic did the diagnostic and gave me the print out of the quote and was also so nice and polite, so shout out to him as well, then they did my inspection, I paid and went to my truck and looked around and noticed I did not get my insurance card back, so I went in and asked if I could have my card back and the cashier said oh I took it to the garage, which is true bc I watched her walk it over with my keys. so I was walking over to the garage and ran into the man that did my inspection and asked him about my card and he said oh I usually put it on the dash but let's go look in your truck. so he went over and we both looked everywhere In the truck, in every console and visor, and he said there it is, turns out that was an expired one and the one I gave them was up to date bc you have to have an up to date insurance card for an inspection. but also a shout out to him for taking the time to help me look. so he said well it must be in the garage, so we walked back over to the garage and by this time all of the employees, except the lady cashier, were standing there, along with maybe 6-7 other customers. all of the employees were male, except for this one lady with an accent, so I asked hey do y'all happen to know where my insurance card is because I never got it back, I even looked through my purse and pockets for it, and I have said all of this in a very calm and normal tone. well, the lady with the accent raised her voice at me and said WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR CARD, WE NEVER GOT IT! GO ASK INSIDE. still calm, I said ok and went back to the cashier and told her that the lady in the garage said that you have it, so the cashier looked all over for it, on all the counters, under things, the floor, everywhere. she finally said let's go to the garage together and figure this out. before we went to the garage I asked who the lady with the accent was and she told me she was the owner. and I thought wow, a business owner being that snippy with a customer? that is crazy. so we got to the garage and the cashier said hey I gave it to you guys so y'all have it somewhere in here. well the lady, who I will now refer to as the owner, said WE DO NOT HAVE IT, WE NEVER GOT YOU INSURANCE CARD, WE ONLY GOT THIS TORN PIECE OF PAPER WITH YOUR INSURANCE INFO ON IT! I then said, still calm, well I did give my insurance card to the cashier and I saw her walk it over to the garage, so it is here somewhere. the owner then said, WELL DON'T YOU KNOW YOU THAT YOU CAN JUST TELL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TO SEND YOU ANOTHER ONE?? I said yes I do know that, but that is not the point, the point is that I gave you my paperwork, essentially my property, and you lost it, or misplaced somewhere and as the owner of the business I would expect you to speak a little nicer to paying customers. this woman, the owner of this establishment, looked me dead in the eyes and said, YOU CAN GO F OFF!! (but she said the actual f-word, idk if you can use that language here.) well, my calmness went out of the window because I am a woman that does not allow ANYONE to speak to me in that manner, especially when I was not escalating the situation. I simply just wanted my paperwork back, which I am entitled to. so I went off and yes I used a lot of explicit language because I will stand up for myself and the owner had her finger in my face and at one point one of the staff actually stepped in front of me bc the owner was getting a little to close to me. I do not believe in physically fighting, but it seemed that she was headed towards that. I told her also, you just lost a customer that was coming back to drop $1000 to get her truck fixed. she said I DON'T CARE YOU EFFING B-WORD. at this point I turned and walked away to get into my truck and leave. the entire time I was walking to my truck she was calling me names and telling me F YOU, F OFF YOU B. I did not turn around, I wanted to get out of the situation before it escalated even more. I am in complete shock that an owner of a business would speak to anyone let alone a paying customer like that. had she said, I am so sorry that we can't find it, we may have misplaced it or the wind may have blown it off the counter, and I know it will take time out of your day, but you can get a new one from your ins company, but I apologize for the inconvenience, I would have ok, no problem, things happen, but thank you for looking. which by the way the owner did not look for it at all. she went straight on the defensive, which tells me she knew she was in the wrong. she thought she was going to scare me and intimidate me...but she picked the wrong one! read more

-1 For a rating on service. I took my car in for repair for CV joint repair and was quote over $700 for repair. I authorized the work. Once I got my car back the engine was tilted which made it lean on a hose that created an anti-freeze leak. When I took it back the manager of the Shop, Joe was quite indignant when I told him that grease was leaking out of the bearings they had replaced on the CV joint and the engine was tilted. He told me he would look at it and then proceeded to call me and say the vehicle needed motor mounts. When I originally took the car in for repair he listed a host of other things that my vehicle needed and not one mention of motor mounts. He refused to take responsibility for the damage he created. He told me that he did not want my business. I told him to put new motor mounts and I never intended to come back any way. My family and I spend a lot of money between the 5 of us to purchase gasoline weekly not to mention inspection stickers, etc. I am not so sure that Roman the owner would be happy with his manager Joe telling me that he did not want my business. Please do not take your vehicles to this shop! Joe treated my disrespectfully and indignantly not to mention his gender negativity toward me since I am a woman. read more

I went in for a simple inspection, the same inspection I have done for years at Roman's. My working taillight has a crack in the plastic, the same crack since 2007! It has always passed inspection and never a mention of the crack. Everything works and nothing impedes the the light from doing its function. It works just like it always has. Roman's now says it can't pass inspection because of the same crack they have passed for years. Never going there again. read more
