Tune up, brake check, timing belt, oil change, $1,400. When we got the car back the wheels and lugnuts did not look like they had been removed. Less than 3,000 miles later one of the cylinders started misfiring. Check engine light came on. Had a different mechanic replace the coil, plugs and injectors. Discovered that we did not have the new Platinum plugs we were charged for. Then 2 months later the back brakes started to grind so loud I called a tow truck to take me to a local shop. The brake pads and rotors were ground down and needed replacement. There is no way that would not have been caught at the 100,000 mile checkup. I don't trust Donalson's service department and will never return there.

At the end of the 9 weeks, I called and threatened with a lawyer. My car was fixed at end of that day (btw that's a rental car for those 9 weeks!).
