    3hours at 50$ per hour for an amateur to get the proper adapter and supplies from down the street…read more(In town) to connect a bidet isn't bad I guess. He also looked at the water softener and said he didn't know anything about them. Both of these requests were sent to Peterson's before someone was sent out. However, if you want a professional, that knows what they are doing, to get it right and not tell you "I don't know anything about these." Well... consider that before calling. Or just request a professional also with your inquiry. This will save you time, money and frustration. They probably have a professional there. We just didn't get that person. This would be fine if we were informed immediately that the company would be sending someone with no knowledge of our requests. That way, we would have went somewhere else straight away. Warren Wilde took care of the water softener, he even told us what exactly was wrong just from our description over the phone. This is what experience, paying full attention to the entirety of a request and sending personnel capable of understanding and performing the FULL job will get you. Thank you Warren

    They were difficult to get a hold of from the get go. We finally got someone out here to install a…read morebidet and see what was wrong with our water softener. He was VERY young looking. He looked at our water softener and said, "I don't know anything about these...." I showed him a pin that supposed to be attached to the softener and he said "Yeah I don't know why there'd be a pin in it." So we are paying for a plumber to come out and NOT know about water softeners? So he installed the bidet but it took him just shy of TWO hours. When he finished he said it was leaking (maybe not his fault)- but two hours for a bidet? I installed it myself at our other house in 15 minutes. The only reason we had a plumber do it was because we needed a different T-valve and he didn't get a different T-valve- he just rigged the one we had to make it work (might be why its leaking????). We do need to get a new water softener but will be using someone else to install it as they did not leave us with much confidence in their abilities.

    Disappointed. They installed our reverse osmosis system and it's been a disaster since. They didn't…read moreseal the connection and it flooded our basement. We got back from camping and our basement was flooded. Then a couple days later our faucet they put in leaked and water was all over our kitchen floor. I called someone came out and the gentleman sealed the bottom and said the person never sealed it that's why. Then had no idea how to fix the sink faucet so they replaced and left. Later that day it leaked again. I sent the person that sold us the system some videos. Then had someone come out from the Sheboygan branch which he was great and fixed it. Then made note of what happened in the basement and would have someone reach out to me. I had someone reach out to me gather the information told me they would put our invoice on hold and get back to me. Well I never heard back and the payment was taken out of our account. This all happened within a month of being installed. Very disappointed and it's been a couple weeks and the carpet still isn't dry downstairs. So now we are going to have to rip it up and replace it.

I would not recommend…read morethem to anyone. from office workers to lab technicians to the inspecto, we had issues with all of them. they would have let us drink arsenic from our outside water with no problem. the inspector didn't care that our dogs could have died from drinking water with ecoli and arsenic. we were never told we needed another water sample$$. were were told that for a small fee they could fix all our issues. I now have less than a month to get another company to take care of the problem. and the new company is cheaper, explained all procedure, and were willing to come right out. Clean water couldn't give me an appointment because the receptionist wasn't sure of 'holiday hours'. out of ALL the people I talked to only 1 was kind and compassionate.
