We contacted Comfort Now and were able to easily use their online chat. Once we officially set up the authorization, we were contacted and on our way to having someone show up to our house. Daniel showed up, masked up and he went to work on our unit. Daniel and Israel fixed our safety switch that was installed improperly by the previous company that installed our new unit. Israel also found that our return was not efficient enough for the size of our AC unit and Daniel went over the options to remedy the situation and financing. We are very happy with the quality of service and attention to detail that Daniel and Israel took in servicing our unit. We decided to sign up for their Comfort Care program to have our AC serviced annually and save on parts and services. Hired them to install a new HVAC unit for approximately 800 sq ft. They installed a cassette…read moresystem that was never big enough to cool the space. In their defense, they did come back and replace it with a larger unit. But it is a giant square box hanging down from our ceiling. Wires and mechanics are all exposed. Even the larger unit cannot cool the space. The evaporater pump has failed 4 times, meaning that water pours out on our floor. Our electric bills have gone up a lot. Vortex will no longer come to service the mess they installed. We have been paying other vendors to try to fix the mess, but so far no luck. We'll be facing a total reinstall this fall.

Ranjeet responded quickly to our issue and let us know the date and time frame he would be able to come out. He was able to diagnose and refill our Freon in our unit within that time frame, which we immediately noticed a difference in the AC before we left. Our unit is almost 30 years old during the times Ranjeet came out, he did not try to push a new unit on us and was able to deliver great options within our budget. He also let us know what issues to look out for in the future or when it might be a good time to look into a new unit. But prior to Ranjeet, we've had companies not diagnose a thing and would just push a new unit quote on us. So it is refreshing to see someone who wants to take care of the customer with honesty and communication. Overall, Ranjeet is a top notch owner. He is very kind, honest and most importantly, seems genuine. He even remembered little details of our conversation from 3 years ago.
