In their defense, they did come back and replace it with a larger unit. But it is a giant square box hanging down from our ceiling. Wires and mechanics are all exposed. Even the larger unit cannot cool the space. The evaporater pump has failed 4 times, meaning that water pours out on our floor. Our electric bills have gone up a lot. Vortex will no longer come to service the mess they installed. We have been paying other vendors to try to fix the mess, but so far no luck. We'll be facing a total reinstall this fall.
