I pointed this out to management and was told they would send it to their editing team. The "editing team" emailed me pics that looked worse than the originals. I again contact the manager and she informed me that I would have to repay for a new shoot and would not be refunded my $106 because I ordered digital pictures. I was also informed that the pictures that came via email were not the correct ones and I should expect my pictures to come on a disc directly to the studio. Just to recap: The error was SOLELY their fault (one of the associates even said they have been having issues with the photographer - Isabel- and said that "she was new and they've been having a lot of complaints about her"), however, I have to suffer the consequences.
