Excellent service. Always on time. Always contacted me to confirm availability. Always knocked on…read morethe door when they arrived. Always pre-briefed their daily work intentions prior to starting their day. Communication was constant and thorough throughout the project, start to finish. Dylan was on top of everything, every day, calling and texting, meeting face-to-face, supervising and critiquing the work. Any item that I had questions or concerns about were addressed and handled professionally and efficiently. All you have to do is talk about your concerns and work with them until everybody is satisfied. For example, I was worried about my asphalt shingle roof. I preferred that nobody would walk on my roof because walking on it prematurely breaks down the shingles. Dylan looked it over, spoke to his technicians, and they worked together planning the screen replacement steps in a way that would avoid having to put anybody on my roof. It wasn't necessarily easy or the easy way, but it was the right way and no wear and tear was suffered by my roof. Also, my project include one screen door that had damage requiring a complete door replacement in order to return it to a like-new condition. Because the screened-in pool enclosure has two doors, we elected to replace both doors with new doors. After installation, the doors were not closing correctly to my satisfaction. Several considerations were made and adjustments attempted, but the doors were not to my satisfaction. Eventually, working together, Dylan, his brother, and I were able to identify the root cause of the issues and his brother found the solution. Although my door frames were slightly out of standard due to the original installers work 7 years ago, Dylan and his brother took the time to understand the underlying issues and reordered another two brand new doors, making slight corrections to the units, resulting in perfect replacements and effortless operation. The doors have never worked as well as the new units they installed. It took a little extra time, but I was always "in the loop" and involved in the process. My project began when one screen failed. I knew it was probably time for the entire structure to be refurbished, including rotten screens, rusted hardware, and corroded paint. Dylan offered basic single panel replacement, or a complete restoration. Due to the fact the structure was 7 years old, I elected to restore it in its entirety with all new screens, rubber screen spline, rusted hardware replacement, and prep and repaint corroded structure metal. The price was less what I had budgeted based on research and a friend's similar project. Additionally, I have a spa installed. The electricians made a small incision through part of the screen material in order to pass the electrical conduit. Dylan and his brother recognized that it was not the correct or robust way to pass electrical service through the screen and would not be sufficient over time. So, they informed me about it, explained how it needed to be done correctly for longevity and robustness. After project completion, they returned with a custom aluminum electrical service pass-thru frame enclosure that they hand made at their shop, installed it, and now I have a properly built and serviceable electrical conduit connection for my spa. 3 Guys and Some Screen are absolutely the guys to call to get the job done right the first time.

He also answered my texts and calls quickly, and I know this is a very busy time for him! The installer, Alex did a great job, leaving the screens looking tight and clean. He also was sure to clean up everything afterwards. I highly recommend 3 Guys and Some Screen!
