Good thing I checked the total before paying because Mason tried to charge me $148 when my bill was actually $90 and then said "thanks for catching that." It didn't feel like a mistake, it felt like an attempted to rip me off. On top of that, during the whole interaction he was yelling. Not sure if that's an intimidation tactic or what, but it was rude. One side of the car was correct... the other side tires were 3x what they should have been. The Manager said to drive back up there and they would fix it, but my husband fixed it for safety reasons. Then I just went today to get my oil changed (at a different company) and they asked where my last oil change was done. They said the oil pan/plug was on so tight at 102 torque and it should only be 25 torque. Needless to say, I will not be going back. Be careful having things done here.
