I asked for a specific oil change and was asked multiple times if I wanted a different one. They also tried to sell me wiper blades, a cabin air filter, and some kind of diagnostic test. I already planned to replace my air filter with the oil change, so don't tell me my gas mileage is "bad" as a sales tactic. My gas mileage is great actually. Good thing I checked the total before paying because Mason tried to charge me $148 when my bill was actually $90 and then said "thanks for catching that." It didn't feel like a mistake, it felt like an attempted to rip me off. On top of that, during the whole interaction he was yelling. Not sure if that's an intimidation tactic or what, but it was rude. After multiple attempts to force a more pricy oil change on me, sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need, and cheat me out of $58, Mason had the nerve to ask for a tip. Laughable! I won't be returning. Tire Discounters kept my vehicle there all day long. I received a phone call from them telling me that I needed a valve cover gasket, service belt and spark plugs. I replied to go ahead with job. Towards the end of the day, I used my wife's vehicle to drive back to the shop and check on it . The service manager told me it will be completed within 30 minutes. I told him I would drive home and Uber back over. I drove home, and as Soon as I was beginning to set up Uber, the service manager called and says there was a problem, the gasket was pinched, fluid pouring out and gasket had an improper sealed and need to be reinstalled. Service manager said they were going to attempt to get a new gasket but it might be tommorrow morning. It ended up being the next day. I waited until after 10:30 am the next day, had received no phone calls so I drove back over to check on my vehicle. He tells me about 30 minutes they need to test drive and I could pick up my vehicle. I drove home and took Uber back. Drove my car home. Looked under the car and see a big leak. Drove back to the shop, they claimed it was condensation from air condition. Drove my truck to the store last night and on the way home rattle sound and smoke was coming from under the hood. At this point I felt that I could not trust this company to adequately due the work; therefore I took my vehicle to Toyota Newnan. Toyota found the drive belt shredded and piece of the belt wrapped around coolant hose and had to replace drive belt and still have valve cover oil seepage. Very bad expensive experience because I paid twice for the same service due to incompetence.
