The car sat there in the same spot where we had parked it for a week. She tried calling twice and received no answer. After my mom had had enough, she came in to pick it up today. There was no receptionist but one of the employees was there. They saw her walk in and simply ignored her. She had to walk inside to where the cars were being worked on to actually get someone's attention. She said that she wanted her keys because her car had not even been worked on yet and they ignored her calls. The employees didn't say anything to her but simply handed her the keys. I understand that you could be backed up with work or short staffed, but that doesn't excuse poor customer service and inefficient work ethic. You should have the decency to make your customers aware of this and to maybe hire a receptionist? Never coming back.
