I noticed too that even when Bobby, the owner, isn't in the shop, his employees still check-in on me while I am waiting for me work to be done. The last time I was there, I had to wait half an hour or so for a part to come in. While that employee was taking care of that, another one came and asked me if I was doing okay and being helped. That's really good service, and it's nice that he thought to do that even while his boss was not there to see that. I don't know if they still offer this, but when I first starting using Leading Edge Auto last year, they offered a warranty through TechNet (which I did use once.) Definitely my mechanic of choice.

I took it back to the dealer but they could not find or fix the issue. So I took it to Auto Pros and they very quickly discovered the issue and fixed it. The new battery from auto zone was not programed to the vehicle once they replaced the battery and programmed it no more dead battery issues. The dealer charged me for a new alternator when it was something as simple as a battery not being programmed to the car. Auto Zone did provide a refund. Auto Pros were professional and fixed the problem quickly. I highly recommend them.

I actually spoke with the mechanic and he ended up giving me very helpful hints and a recommendation to a different shop for my specialized issue. Ok! How many people still have this kind of courtesy these days? I am going to their recommended shop, however, I most certainly will try them the next time I need honest help with a car issue. Over the years, as a female, I have had bad, over charged service and have learned to recognize a good shop that will help with one issue, vs. the places that do a diagnostics and suddenly have to fix everything under the hood.
