My husband and I each had a membership one for his truck ($25) least expensive and mine ($40) most expensive. When he took his truck through the car wash the other day the truck came out with a scratch on the hood. He told the only employee there that was working all positions about the scratch. She had him fill out a claim form and took pictures to send into the corporate office. They did respond the next day to let us know they wasn't going to do anything about fixing the scratch. The same day we canceled both memberships. We are being charged for both memberships for another month due to their 7day policy. We asked for a refund and was denied. The car wash is a joke. Not only getting a scratch on our truck and did nothing about it and not giving us a refund when we cancelled the vacuums never work, no cleaning spray bottles (not a single one), Very few cleaning clothes and closed alot of times when they should be open. We were going to cancel our memberships a few months back because of all the problems however the did some improvements and things were better for awhile and now its worse then ever. This place is really going down hill fast and I wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business. read more

Im typing this after I wasnt so livid to make sense after being accused of being on film at after 7 pm when I was in an entire different county and off their clock of taking cash from a customer. On 4 18 24 I was working with Jan Hardin. I seen an older man walk Into the office where we both were. I seen cash folded up in his hand. I turned my back and I heard her say thank you and it was great seeing you. The man left. I asked her why he gave her money, she replied it was a tip, he tips me all the time. About 4 hours later a man had came through and told me us ladies were doing a great job and handed me a 20 dollar bill . I took it inside and set it on the counter in the office and said Jan that man tipped us 20 bucks and we split it. On this same day I watched jan put cash into her purse on 2 other separate occasions after leaving the pay stations and then proceeded to the pos system and let the people in the car wash. I also seen her with cash in her hand wadded up and she was getting her debit card out of her purse. I went outside to speak to the Mexican lady waiting at the pay station and asked her did Jan take your cash her reply was YES I stood there until Jan came back out and handed the lady her cash back. I approached Jan confronting her about what I knew, she said Ill put in my 2 week notice I hate to hear that but we cant take cash. 2 days later we were working together and I said I HAD NO IDEA we couldn't take tips per Bashem. She replied oh no we cant take tips, I said but you literally took 2 that day we worked together, again she threatened to put her 2 week notice in. I know what I seen, I know the truth and for you people to say I stole via using ghost washes, I had 3 hours training and had no other clue how to run the people through when their rfid tags read valid but the computers wouldn't pick it up and give them a go ahead for the wash. I have never taken a dime in leu of your services and never would, PERIOD. You may want to offer her a nice little surprise drug test, because she loves to smoke weed in Zips dumpster area while on your clock. She also doesn't go to work and was having Savion clock her in and out. Never even showing up the entire day. Theirs your thief. She was also trying to sell me a 2020 stolen white pick up truck for 6 thousand dollars on your location. I said I would never. She came in about a week later bragging she had sold it and I questioned her on how she got it through the bmv she replied they questioned the color not matching the vin or title and she told them it had been wrecked so she had it painted and laughed. She also told me she went to a junk yard and got new vin plates for the stolen truck. Before you accuse an honest person of theft you had better get it straight who the thief is.....But hey the Best of luck to Zips! read more

I am so amazed at our Zip's car wash in Clarksville, IN. I went one day and several of the vacuum were not working, frustrating. I contacted the corporate office. The next time I went I could not believe the change. All was working and strongly, I might add. Had a 3 month membership with zips and didn't even use the last month. This place is not managed or operated well. They don't safely space vehicles. They fail to instruct the drivers ahead of you, behind you, or monitor the line to ensure everyone's safety. Instead the young people operating the line don't pay any attention, have their headphones on the whole time, just send your car through and walk away. If you value your vehicle, don't take it here. When an incident happens, such as the driver in front of you braking and causing a collision, they will fail to take responsibility. They might even blame you. Even the police were bewildered why the car wash wouldn't do anything. Then when you open a claim with the other person's insurance, they won't cooperate. The managers won't help you either. Do not use Zips Car Wash on Lewis and Clark in Clarksville, IN. Just paid $15 for a wash, it did a bad job and went back to have it addressed. Before the actual wash, the attendant only power washed the drivers side of our companies Tundra so the bird droppings on the passenger side were not removed. The rude unprofessional manager refused to wash it again and came out with some story about the attendant crossing the tracks so that side does not get power washed. I just wanted them to run it through one more time as there was no one in line. We will take our vehicles to another car wash. DO NOT GIVE ZIPS CAR WASH in Clarksville YOUR BUSINESS. Overpriced and the wash is joke. Received 3 month promotional membership for their "top tier" doesn't clean bird droppings, half the time doesn't apply tire shine, and the "dryers" at the end of the line are usually off or not functioning. I canceled the membership long before it expired and was auto charged for another subscription before the billing date, and tried to tell me I couldn't get a refund for the new charge. Absolutely horrible. Pretty much all of the vacuums are down and they don't mark them. Asked an attendant and he said they've been under maintenance for a while and most of the vacuums are down. Asked about marking which ones are down because I moved my car 3 times trying to find a working one and he just scoffed and walked away! $30 for a poor quality car wash and no vacuum access is ridiculous. Will look into filing a complaint with BBB. Tried to call and file a complaint with Zips directly and the number and website is a dead end. read more

Thought my membership was $10.00 then saw $35.00 charge on my bank statement. Customer service stated clerk explained this promo when I signed up. No one explained anything. No paperwork when asked for the agreement. Emails from staff inconsistent, policies stated three differing ways in email chain. Bank refunded charge, tired of going back and forth with them. I just got a new car and just had its first wash here. There were bird droppings and grease spots. I chose the get it all and oh my gosh. My car has been sparky ever since, the bird droppings just roll off now. The grease spots are gone, and they have FREE vacuum and car mat services. They also have towels and spray bottles outside for detailing! It's cheap, effective, efficient, and it's truly entertaining during the car wash. The lights and the soap, they're colorful. The workers and machines are great as well, I would recommend having a worker push all the buttons for you though because it's faster and they know what they're doing. The vacuums are all basically broken - they so not suck at all, the parking lot is dirty and full of people loitering, the attendants (workers, I use that term loosely) are lacking, at best. Several visits I've had to honk horn to get their attention to start wash, today he was too busy watching something on his phone to properly assist customers as they are driving in to the wash. I had a membership with them, everything went well until I had to change it twice because it stopped working and then it terminated because it was being switched out constantly, our last payment was on the 16th for our membership and I went to get it washed the other day and it apparently declined the card. Nobody that works here looks professional, they dress how they choose to and it seems like they honestly don't know what they're doing. This place is AWFUL! I paid $20 for a wash (which are always bad there anyway) because the vacuums and towels, etc are free. I finish the usual sub par wash and proceed the vacuums. there are about 10 people standing around upset that none of the vacuums are working. I asked the attendant and he told me that "yeah this place is trash, it's gone downhill, they are all broken". I explained thats why I came and asked for a partial refund. He told me I would have to ask the manager, who was in the wash bay. I asked if I could go in there and he laughed and said "No, I'll get him when I'm done with my other stuff" When I asked how long that would be he said he didn't know and walked away. Price changes daily. Went from three dollars for the very basic car washes, then it went to five dollars for the very basic. Now it's $8-10 for the basic and that depends on what time of day you were there. Two days ago I was charged eight dollars for the very basic today I was charged $10 for the very basic. Not good business practice!!!! Won't be going back due to the fact you never know what you're going to be paying!!!!! we went to zips only because we wanted to vacuum the car. so we paid $10 for the car wash because that's the only way you can use the vacuum and none were working at all! they could have warned us about it before letting us pay for full service because they were aware of it beforehand, and told us there was nothing they could do. zip's is a ripoff!! not to mention they tried to get us to pay an extra $5 for unlimited washes for a month!!
