They have a huge assortment of all sizes and different types of trees. All the trees are kept in water to keep them fresh. The trees are arranged in order according to size. Everything is labeled size and price. You can also purchase your stand here as well as a wreath. They are all very helpful at Mike's. They will make a fresh cut and trim any branches you request off the bottom. Then they will net it and put it in your car for you. Incredibly helpful and friendly guys! We searched for a tree and found the one we really liked. We wanted to be certain that we weren't just choosing the first tree that we saw, so we decided to leave to check out another lot. The guys welcomed us back and we decided on the tree that we initially had chosen. Again- super friendly and helpful. They gave us the tree- about 9' to 10' for $130.00. It was a fresh tree and we were happy. They took the tree, cut about 1/2 inch off of the bottom, drilled a hole for our spiked stand at home, loaded it up and away we went. They also gave me a ton of trimmings for some home decorations and I was thankful! I cannot recommend these guys enough! Great customer service and friendly faces! The super unfortunate part is that they are SUPER inconsistent in their pricing based on who you speak with and their prices keep going up. This years tree was $40 more expensive than the tree last year (last year was even a bigger tree). My tree has a SPLIT trunk this year. I'm so worried it isn't going to last and may dry out now that the trunk is split in half. I will likely continue to purchase trees from them but at almost $150 for a tree that is 7.5 feet tall it is starting to seem a little pricey.

I was not aware of this when I bought it. When I later tried to set up the account for the product, I was told that it needed to be returned to the merchant. I had proof of purchase and was prepared to provide my receipt. I also made several attempts to reach a live representative for assistance but was unsuccessful. At the same time, I was managing two children and moving, which caused me to go slightly beyond Lowe's 90-day return period. The item was purchased only a little over three months ago, and I was asking for an exchange--not trying to receive money improperly. I was willing to have any refund returned to the original payment card. I understand that stores have policies, but I expected Lowe's to show some reasonable flexibility given the circumstances, especially since I had proof of purchase and the item appeared to have been previously returned without my knowledge. Unfortunately, John, the manager, did not seem interested in helping. He appeared dismissive and made facial expressions while I explained the situation, which made me feel embarrassed and disregarded. I left feeling that Lowe's cared more about enforcing the policy than helping a customer resolve a legitimate problem. I hope corporate management reviews this situation and provides a fair resolution, such as an exchange, return authorization, or store credit.
