I went back to Lowes and asked for a credit toward a different dishwasher and they told me I only had 48 hours to get a refund. They gave me the number to call at Samsung, but they said the same thing. Lowes is selling an inferior product and they failing to satisfy my complaint. I had indicated that I wanted a credit toward a more expensive unit, but they told me "tough luck". Please do not buy any appliances from Lowes.
