What a wonderful choice! Great food made by folks that put their love and personality into their meals. Not fancy, but great quality and flavor. I ate lunch two Days in a row and then breakfast the third morning. Every experience was great. I am looking to coming back next year when I return to the Thomasville/ Pine Hill area. read more

I know they were busy bagging lunches to be delivered to a local business but....................... I ordered a fried green tomato bacon burger. The tomatoes were soggy, the bacon was obviously "old" because it was chewy like rubber. The burger had been squashed to the thickness of a shoe sole and was dry, dry, dry. Best food around!! Highly recommend stopping by. They have a menu to order sandwiches and a buffet every day. You're always greeted with a friendly welcome. Stopped here on a Friday night. Friendly service and your standard country restaurant decor made you feel at home. We shared fried pickles (perfection) and I had the ribeye and fried shrimp with baked potato and salad. Everything was delicious and the menu for dinner has enough options for anyone to find something! Will def go back soon! read more

I ordered a burger cause I was told burgers sell the most and was disappointed. I don't like sesame seed bun. All the burger toppings to include the bun taste like it just came out the fridge which means I pretty much ate a cold burger. Wow! In the middle of nowhere! It was lunchtime we saw a restaurant packed with pickup trucks, cars and the UPS truck. We stopped and we were not disappointed! Get the fried chicken, homemade mashed potatoes and great fried okra! Employees were so friendly and service was great. Highly recommend this place. Wife and I ate here this afternoon. She had the chicken fried steak sandwich and I had the bacon burger w/fried egg. We devoured them so quickly that I didn't even think to take a pic. Still, nice place to eat, friendly people, and clean. Worth the stop in a small Alabama town. read more
