However, I found myself with a stalled motorcycle on a Friday afternoon with no way to get it home. Out of sheer desperation, I called Boxerworks. Although they were extremely busy, they sent one of their employees, Garrett, to help. After we couldn't get it started, we pushed it up onto his truck and he took me and the bike to my home. He wouldn't even accept money for this act of kindness. I practically forced it on him. Super nice guy! Also, Nathan, one of the mechanics at the shop tried his best to diagnose the problem with the bike over the phone. Again, he knew that I was not going to bring it into his shop for service since they don't work on Kawasaki motorcycles. Make no mistake, if I ever own a BMW motorcycle, Boxerworks would be the place I would take it.

Horrible experience. Don't waste your time or money…read more My husband and I visited the store 2 days ago to purchase a helmet for my 5year old son. At the time we were advised by a sales rep to purchase a "Youth Small". The helmet was tight but we were assured it would expand. After getting it home my son has been in tears each time we put it on and attempted to take it off. We went to exchange the helmet for a larger size today (just 2 days later) and were denied, as the manager claimed it had been dropped and he wouldn't be able to "resale" it. (See pictures below) The helmet could certainly be resold even if it were at a slightly discounted price given how minuscule the mark is. This could have been handled much differently, I am very disappointed by the lack of customer service and vow NEVER to do business here again.

Buyer Beware Buyer…read morebeware when using their financing services. I was told that the loan could be paid off early, which led me to believe that making additional payments along with the regular monthly payment would reduce the principal and pay the loan down faster. However, after reading the fine print, I discovered that paying down the principal requires sending a separate payment to a completely different address. This process was not disclosed during the financing discussions. The SxS was also not properly cleaned when we arrived to pick it up. We had to wait while the cleaning was completed, and there is still some mold remaining in the seats. No additional discount was offered for the condition of the vehicle. They are supposedly trying to get a warranty through Kawasaki to address the issue, but at this point, I don't have high hopes that this will come through. My advice to anyone purchasing a vehicle from them: do a thorough inspection before taking possession of the vehicle. Check the cleanliness and condition carefully, look for mold or other issues, and make sure you fully understand how their financing and additional payments work before signing.
