I watched as my breakfast was prepared on the grill. Two eggs (pancaked), two patties, two slices of American cheese, fresh roll, made for a heavily loaded piece of short order master cheffing. It was a work of culinary art when unwrapped at my desk. The morning sun through the window cast its light directly of it, making it glow, like I was in for a magical experience. And, I was. It was a big bite slicing through the layers of hot ingredients and a follow through explosion of flavors. Just an awesome sandwich.
