The job was not completed as discussed. There were clear discrepancies between what was agreed upon and the condition of the vehicle after the service. I have photo documentation to support this. After raising the issue, he committed to returning on March 11, 2026 to complete the work. On that date, he did not show up. Multiple follow-up messages were sent and received no response. I also have documentation of this communication. This review reflects a gap between initial communication and follow-through. Did a 15-20 min fast patch job & charged $300 and said it would cost more to remove the small dent? . The next day, when I explained the paint is not blended, gave me the run around and stopped responding. . That's the problem with hiring these mobile guys, they rarely return to correct their work. . The work was not professional, better off going to a shop, where at least you can return to solve any problems, or initiate official complaints. . But not only is it convenient for them to come to you but they are amazing people!
