They quoted me a price about 30% of what my property manager wanted to charge me. Because I wanted the stump grinder out, Edward explained that they would cut it, need to have someone come out another day and check underground for gas lines, plumbing etc ( which the other company I contacted didn't mention) and then the grinding would be done another day. In addition to this survey for our tenant, John provided a free survey of our rooftop while he was here. The thing I appreciated was John's professionalism and honesty during his review. He provided some suggestions that we could take care of on our own, and he provided a quotation for what he thought needed to be fixed in the near term. Going above and beyond: there was a hole in a duct cover which was left by a tenant working on the rooftop, and John went ahead and patched up the hole right there on the spot. He didn't need to do this, but the issue was minor and could be done, and John got it fixed on the spot.
