We've hired them several times in the past 5 or so years for various jobs, they were always prompt and professional, however just a few months ago, I asked if they were interested in trimming a few trees on our property, the owner said absolutely, we settled on a price, after several attempts to contact them via text and phone calls, they never responded, I'm a little disappointed in the last transaction, we're very loyal to local businesses and we refer good companies to our friends. Last year when Robert trimmed my trees I texted him to let him know follow up needed to be done. I never heard from him. A month ago he removed four trees in the back and two days later I contacted him to let him know I wasn't happy with the clean up and wanted the broken sprinkler replaced. Once again I have never heard back from him. He has always said if there is a problem, let me know and I will fix it. I guess his word doesn't mean much. I had to find someone to fix the sprinkler and I am still cleaning what he left behind myself. I have arthritic hands and am in my middle 70's so this has not been easy. I've recommended him to other people but not anymore. Very disappointed in him. read more

Robert came out to my house to give me an estimate on a removing a magnolia tree at our house. He came out the same day I called. He quoted me $1300 to remove the magnolia and trim two other trees. Robert was able to come out two days later with his team and finished the job quickly. After they were done you would have never known there was a 40 foot tree there. Told me he couldn't finish the job with some excuse of showering. Told the police he would clean up my neighbors yard and fled the scene. Value wasn't worth the nightmare. Robert and his crew removed a 30 year old Bradford Pear Tree from in front of our house that had blight, ground the stump, and trimmed some other trees for us that were crossing into our yard from the neighbors side. The tree that was cut down was about 7 feet away from our roof so very close, and he was very careful in how the branches came down so as not to damage anything. Guy clearly knows his craft. There was a sprinkler as well right near the tree and he did a great job in avoiding that when grinding the stump down. One in the back had to be completely taken out as I was having a new fence installed and Robert reworked his schedule to come out and do it the next day so they could get started. What a perfect job. I needed 3 mulberry trees and one juniper pine prunes back completely. The trees were approximately 30 feet tall and Robert's staff were able to take each tree down to 12 feet. The service works extremely fast and with professional results. After the job (and clean up) were completed, the owner stopped by, inspected the work and asked what else he could do to make the job perfection. We walked around the property and I told him that everything was done to specification (and then some). Will definitely use their service again. I actually had two neighbors who saw the professional work and wanted the company to issue estimates for their own property. 5 stars and highly recommended. The only suggestion that I would make to improve and expand their business is to accept credit cards. Currently, they only accept check or cash. With jobs as big as mine ($1,800), many people would need to spread out the payments over a period of time. But as for quality and workmanship, they get 5 stars and my highest recommendation. I wish I knew the name of the worker that looked the youngest. He used techniques similar to acrobats to get and trim the top of the trees. I've never seen such talent. read more
