She charged me almost half what other vendors were charging. Our wedding was on Bainbridge Island and Holly was extremely familiar with all the vendors in the area and all of the vendors that have worked with our venue in the past. She was always ready for recommendations and emailed me consistently throughout the process so we were continuously moving forward with planning. She was such a positive presence to have at our wedding and I especially loved that she told everyone in our bridal party to go to her with questions and allow us to have our special day in peace. I cannot thank Holly enough for how beautifully she set up all the decorations I purchased. I was worried that things would be placed incorrectly or that something would be missing, but Holly captured my vision perfectly and did not miss a beat! I would not hesitate to recommend Holly for wedding planning services!

We got a lot of praise from our guests about how good the flowers looked. We wanted earth tones and a more naturally-draped look to arrangements and the pictures speak for themselves. Rachel was incredibly professional while being easy to talk to through the whole process. We gave her a lot of freedom with the flowers and what she came up with was perfect. For day-of coordinating, she made our big day stress free, walked us through everything and had everything prepared well ahead of time. She is very experienced and her guidance was extremely helpful while still being receptive to whatever we wanted to do. She recommended most of the vendors we went with and they were all rockstars. She went above and beyond for my wedding. She made sure that everything went smoothly, everyone knew what they were supposed to do, and that we stuck to our time schedule. My wedding was seamless thanks to Zarah. At first I didn't think that I needed a wedding planner because I'm so organized and thought I could do everything myself. Zarah offered day-of services to make sure that my planning didn't go to waste. In addition to checking in with ALL of my vendors (hair, makeup, photographer, DJ, venue, caterer, MC, etc) she was there to make sure that everyone followed through. I had no stress on my wedding day (just imagine!). Hiring her was the best decision that I could have made for our wedding. Everything went PERFECT thanks to Zarah. Her and her staff were amazing to work with and I'm so thankful that she was there to make our wedding as wonderful and memorable as it was. We were touring our venue when she was there setting up for an event and was introduced by our event manager. Extremely happy we decided to book her for chair covers and even happier we booked her for Day of Coordination! Like one of the other reviewers, I thought I didn't need a day of coordinator. I thought maybe the DJ and myself could take care of it but you don't realize all the details involved the day of your wedding. Plus, what bride wants to be worried about their vendors and timeline when they should be enjoying their wedding? I feel like Zarah went above and beyond any other day of coordinator. She became the main contact for my vendors about 2 months before my wedding. Any questions, concerns, changes and confirmations that I needed done, she was the one to take care of it. She was at my venue as soon as they opened until they closed to ensure everything was set-up how i envisioned, all the vendors made it on time and clean-up was effortless. Zarah always made me feel at ease and confident that our big day was going to be perfect...which it did end up being! Thank you so much Zarah for all your hard work and kindness!
