I declined. The computer was returned reassembled, so I couldn't immediately verify the components. At home, I discovered the original RAM was missing. I called the shop; a junior tech said the owner had done the work and promised a follow-up -- which never happened. I called Hagman Computer Services and Jim Hagman addressed my problem right away, on the phone with me. He was polite, patient and professional. He did not judge me or make me feel stupid. After a couple attempts, he was able to recover my account and lock out the hacker. He gave me plenty of time to study my account before I received the invoice. He also gave me advice about increasing the security of my account. The price was very reasonable. It was nice to have someone else dealing with the problem, as I was quite busy at the time. Gave me a highly competitive bid, and an install time of only a few days from when I called. They cam onsite, were clean courteous, and efficient.
