It might just be me, but there is no "free space" anywhere. The place is an absolute mess. Perhaps if he stopped watching movies during the day or hired an assistant, customers would be a little more satisfied with the level of service. Currently, it is unsatisfactory. I took my laptop off his hands, because it was obviously too much responsibility for him to handle. I contacted Jim Dandy Computer repair and it was one of the best service experiences I've ever had. They were very flexible with hours, there was no wait, very professional and very honest. The base price for diagnosis was so low ($20) that I figured it couldn't hurt, even though my machine appeared to be completely fried. And they were very good with communicating progress and making sure I understood exactly what it would cost to repair once they diagnosed it. Turns out they had to completely disassemble my laptop to fix it, and even then, it still cost less than what bigger outfits would have charged for an hour and a half of work.
