New to the area was looking for a place to do my laundry... BIG MISTAKE walking in the doors of Mikes Laundromat. An absolute horror of a female who had green hair AKA the "attendant" scolded me like a child... intrusively rolled her eyes when I asked a couple questions then told me "you can leave then" I just will not be back ever & I will tell all my new neighbors not to go there I bet there is another laundry mat close by , to which I will give all my future business. read more

The attendant was in pissy mood. Man trouble apparently. Not my fault he left you. She needs more than a free lunch. The machine timers a little off. You can barely notice it, but at the end of the day I'm sure they're coming up extra $$. Set my mood for the day. I'd rather drive farther and pay more to do laundry. read more

This is the best laundromat I have ever been to! Jammie, the assistant up front is amazing, she deserves the BIGGEST raise. She was so helpful and informative! Weird review about the attendant below seems out of place. Attendant was helpful, if not cheerful. That and decent, coin operated machines is all I ask and this place has that, except the first drier I used didn't work. Rough neighborhood, but that's Tucson for ya. read more

I'm being asked how my visit went. I haven't gone. Unless I haul my laundry over there on a city bus or carry it on my back. The laundry room here where I live is coinless due to an act of vandalism so the machine owners exclude those of us who pay cash. So now, I contemplate doing my laundry in the bathtub. read more

I usually do laundry while on vacay and get nervous about finding a good and safe laundromat. I checked out the reviews to find this place. Then, later realized when I was near that most of the reviews were a few years old. Place is still clean and machines work. There was a steady flow of people. I felt safe with an attendant present and she was helpful. My coin got stuck and I just needed to be a little more aggressive in pressing the return coin button haha! Quarter machine change available and I used the $2.25 washer and the dryer is $.25/6 minutes. Will likely be back when I return to the area for another Tennis Tournament. read more

It never fails, anytime I am on vacation for more than 3 days, I get the urge to do laundry. (These urges NEVER occur at home) So we find ourselves in Tucson, for a baseball tournament and also a volleyball tournament. My hotel didn't have laundry facilities and so this one was the one that the hotel recommended. It was less than 10 mins away and it opens daily at 8:00am. We arrived at about 9:45am on a Sunday morning, and this place was already busy. There were already about a dozen patrons in the shop and about 75% of all the washers were in use. We were able to find single and double washers available. The shop is clean, has a clean restroom, the prerequisite laundry soap dispenser and soda/snack machine. There is also an attendant on duty. There are ample seats and about a dozen laundry carts available for use. Overall, if you find yourself in the area, I would recommend using this laundromat, based on my experience here today. read more

The place is clean and I've never seen a broken machine here. No riff-raff hanging around thanks to the attendant. However, closing the vending area during business hours to mop the floor is ridiculous. I had to wait 30 minutes to buy any laundry detergent. Unacceptable. read more

Clean laundromat, there's a change machine and staff available to help with any needs/questions. Normal pricing for a laundromat ($1.50) for a simple wash. Bottom line, I like CLEAN and MAINTAINED washer and driers and this place has it. read more

Great laundry! Clean, attendant on duty. The attendants are friendly and helpful. The machines are reasonably priced and work well. You can do your own laundry or use their wash-dry-fold drop off/pick up service. They have a change machine. I highly recommend this laundry! read more

I have to drive across town to use this laundromat, but it's worth it. It is clean and the machines seem to work as they are supposed to. Even if one would malfunction, there are people in the building who are probably authorized to refund money or rectify the situation. Fortunately, I never had to put it to the test, because every washer and/or dryer I have used, did exactly what it was supposed to do. I have observed people come in just to clean. They are not owners, but employees. This tells me that whoever owns this business is willing to employ people to make sure it is clean. I have had some horrible laundromat experiences in the neighborhood I currently live in. I've never been more aware of the differences between laundromats, nor the impact they have on my life. I'm grateful to have a decent place to do my laundry. read more

Nice and clean, a big plus for the place you go to clean things. I needed a super size washer for some bedding. It was $6 for the wash, which was quite reasonable. Sunday morning wasn't too crowded so the machine I needed was available. They have several large capacity washers and two super size washers. read more

I came here because I saw the first review on Yelp! In a bind, needed a place to wash and dry as mine aren't working today at my house. Very friendly staff, the attendant was extremely helpful. She knew many of the regulars by name, and made it a nice place to sit while the laundry was being done. Clean facility, friendly people, and apparently specials on Wednesdays and Sunday's ( 1 dollar washers) The world needs more nice small businesses like this. read more

I have done laundry here forever & absolutely loved it until today. I had a horrible experience with a staff member named Barbara . She approached my daughter as she walked In and advised my daughter we could not use certain washing machines. When I came in behind her my daughter told me we could only use the big washing machines because of a blanket I had. I put our smaller items in the small load washers and as I was doing so i was approached by Barbara and told I already spoke with your daughter you need to use the other washer. I told her I understand however to wash pants uniforms and underwear I was using the washer and would use the other one to do my blanket. She said well okay I had just already told her. I advised her is it not okay to use these she said it was okay. This was not the part that I am upset about before she walked away and as she walked away in front of kids and other customers she stated "Jesus get the stick out lady." I asked her to repeat this and she did several times. I asked her what she was insinuating. This is disgusting and vulgar. The saying is get the stick out of your ass & clearly not what I would expect from a family or what I thought was a family friendly and private owned company. No matter the situation I was calm and you guys get a lot of crazy people I would have never expected to have an sexualized or grotesque statement or implication made to me especially with my daughter and other people near. I asked when the owner would be back she stated I don't know in about two weeks. Etiquette definatey needs to be re introduced. I have encountered all your staff including yourself and you all are lovely in your own rights but if this particular representative doesn't understand that this is your business and your livelyhood and can say whatever she wants to your customers she might want to rethink her attitude because that is definatey not the way it should be. I get you all see many a people in and out but I really don't think that was called for. I would love to be back but unfortunately at the risk of running into her again it would not be worth it.
