We had an issue pop up where we had to do around 15 bags of laundry. So a lot of laundry and we called ahead and asked if it was okay. Michelle was working at this time and she helped us out and was very kind. She pointed us to the big washers and dryers and recommended how much to add at a time and for how long. Most of the people seemed friendly there and there entire store is set up by using a plastic card to pay for the laundry, unlock the bathroom door, using the vending machine. Pretty cool. Wow. The price to wash a load has now almost doubled from what it used to be?? That's sad to see. With the rebranding, it would appear a larger corporation has bought this place. Bummer. $9.25 to wash one load of laundry. Just wash. The new machines have card readers but you have to buy their laundry card to activate the machines. They have the nicest attendant I've ever encountered at a laundromat! She went above and beyond to help not just me, but every customer that came in. The facility itself is super clean with all new upgraded machines. They also do not use quarters and have a system where you just load the laundry card and you get a free dollar for every five dollars! read more

As a frequent patron at Campbell Laundry, I'm usually pleased with the order and cleanliness of this place. Today, however, I was shocked by a total disregard for their customers. After washing 5 loads of laundry and placing them in drying machines, I was told by employee Marsha there were only 6 operational dryers - and they were all taken. There could have been signs on each stating they were out of order, or customers could have been warned upon entering. Marsha was curt and unapologetic. Ownership is clearly aware of the inoperable dryers because most of them are new and have yet to be connected electrically. Now I have to haul 5 loads of wet laundry to dry my wash at another laundromat, either because ownership can't be bothered with operations or they don't care. A good laundromat with a lot of large and extra-large machines and new single-loaders. On any given day, there are usually a few machines that are out of commission, but I've seen other laundromats that are worse. It is not too busy on Monday afternoons; at least it wasn't yesterday. In the past I would recommend this laundromat to my friends, but that isn't true anymore. The place was very clean in the past, but the floors and folding tables have been dirty the last few times I was there. The biggest problem that I have had in the last year is it seems as if half of the machines are not working, whether it is the washers or dryers. They do stain treatment, oxi clean and bleaching services if you like all included in the 1.50/lb price. Nice laundromat. We only use them for our large down comforter. The gentleman running the place was very courteous and helpful. He suggested which washer to use and which dryer. I can't remember how much it cost, but I do remember it was very reasonable and the comforter got clean and dry on one load each, so I didn't have to sit there and feed it coins. The waiting area was kind of sparse, just a few chairs. There were some children's items in case you bring them along. A few vending machines for snacks and drinks aside from the detergent dispensers. It was not luxurious, but was comfortable. And the place was clean. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Not the best laundromat in town but gets the job done...barely. Firstly, the inside is infested with mosquitoes and small bugs. Just standing near my washer left me covered in bite marks and that was disgusting. Second, the prices are wayyy higher than other competitors. Finally the environment is not good at all. Strange people come in and there is no sense of security and safety inside. I felt more safe waiting in my car yet I didn't want to leave my clothes unattended. So I just waited nearly 2 hours that resulted in feeling unsafe and covered in bite marks. Yay. read more

Clean washers and floors etc. You'll still have to wipe around rubber around side loaders. Nice shopping center too so pleasant to sit outside or in your car. Recommended if you are a masker. I'm here for the second time. I must admit this is my favorite laundry facility close to where I live. I've been to others depending on my location and this is my favorite. The facility is clean, quiet (I am here a little after 9am on a Wednesday), and inexpensive. They have a great variety of machines and dryers. They also have a washing and fold service for a fee. This place is really clean. I went on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. The guy behind the counter (fluff and fold) was really nice. I accidentally put my laundry in one machine and the quarters in another machine. Hey, it was a long week! Anyway, he stopped the machine and put all the quarters in the correct machine for me. The only down side was that Sponge Bob was playing. But it did keep the kids entertained and quiet, so I guess it's not so bad. read more

Been going here for three years. It is always cleaned so if something seems yuck tell the attendant and it will get cleaned ASAP. Price is the best in town, front loaders and dryers will be marked for quick repair. The dryer lint is vacuumed daily. Great staff and caring owners. Solar heated water, great seats, cold water for a buck at the cashier. 7:30 AM to 20 PM. Last load in by 8 pm. Best one I have ever used. read more

Fantastic service and they did a great job. They charged literally less than half of the other places I called. I'm sensitive to things that smell, so if you are too, I suggest telling them to put no fabric softener whatsoever, and to use the perfume free laundry soap, and to use Oxyclean to get any other smells out. I had four queen quilts and a very thick mattress cover done. The first time though, I did not tell them the things I just suggested you do, and so the quilts still smelled of of laundry soap smell (to me, but I'm ultra sensitive) They were so kind that they did them all over again using only oxy clean and water. I simply couldn't get over their thoughtfulness, their service, and their generosity. I would recommend them 100% and go there again. read more

Great service by the staff. Worked to get my laundry done early because an unexpected family emergency. When I do laundry there, my large comforters, sheets, etc the machines are great. Some of the people that go there can be rude and will steal a washer that you are about to use, but most people are friendly and it's a clean place. I'm actually really sad to post this because the first time I was here the second woman I'll mention in this review was so kind and helpful for me. If we weren't in a pandemic I'd have no complaints. But this place is great if you're an anti masker. Half the staff doesn't wear a mask and (seemingly, idk) tried to block my view from her so I wouldn't see her without a mask, and even had a maskless friend visit for a fun exposure bonus. At least the other woman will pretend to be bothered by maskless customers and ask them to wear a mask, but only after other customers ask her to--elderly and otherwise predisposed customers, mind you. AFTER myself and a couple others had made a fuss about maskless customers, and after the second woman left, is when the emboldened staff member continued folding customers' laundry, maskless, with maskless visitors. Dryers do not dry the clothes. ‍25cents per 6 min! Cheapest top load washer was 1.75, side load washers 2.75 and not even that big. Had an issue with the dryer continuously opening. An older gentlemen told me I should ask for a refund because even he saw that the dryer was not cooperating. Spoke to a worker on the issue and was not refunded. Came home with wet clothes because of this. Spent 20 dollars to wash/dry 5 loads. Poor customer service. Clean place. Machines appear to be new. read more

This review is a long time coming. I began using Campbell Coin Laundry in late 2015. At the time I lived in Oro Valley and the closest laundromat to me was in Catalina. After experiencing several unacceptable issues with that laundromat I found Campbell Coin. Right away I knew this was an exceptional place to do my weekly laundry. Upon walking in the attendant, Theresa, welcomed me and made me feel right at home. Customer service with a genuine smile and gratitude for her customers is what I appreciated right away. The laundry itself is large, very clean, newer (some brand new) washers and dryers, a sweet little seating area where you can read a magazine, watch TV, or surf the web with their free WiFi. The prices are fair, not too expensive, and when I tell you that those dryers are brilliant I mean BRILLIANT! My clothes are dry in 27 minutes or less! Since I began using Campbell Coin I've moved into midtown Tucson, and even though there are closer laundromats to my house for me to use, I keep coming back here because I honestly believe this establishment to be the best in Tucson! read more

Clean, nice seating, magazines if you don't bring your own distractions.There is a TV there, and if you're into that, then I suppose that's good. I find them awfully distracting and toxic soooo... That wasn't a plus for me, as it was turned up fairly loud. I should add that, when there were not many other clients around, I asked if we could turn the TV off, and the staff was both friendly and compliant. I won't be coming back here. Laundry Attendant (Theresa, I think her name is) was very unwelcoming. I thought it was just toward me, but she was very rude to another patron, telling this customer how to trying parent her child, which was highly uncalled for. She was huffing and puffing around after giving this woman dirty looks, making it known she was still upset. It was a very uncomfortable atmosphere. I love this laundromat, to my experience for almost one year of washing my clothes weekly, Ive only had one problem with a washer and the attendant was quick in helping, I love the washers, I can fit two loads for a low price of $2.00 and the dryers are amazing, I spend about $1 on big dryer machines and all clothes comes out dry, unless you have towels, they require a little more time, they have available plastic bags for only .25 which are big enough to fit comforters, This place is very clean, has sitting area with tv, soda machines and water, clean restroom and sink to wash hands, I also like that you can walk around outside, get a smoothie next door. I've been using some laundromats in different towns lately, and this one really stood out as better than the rest.

I have been doing business with Campbell Coin Laundry for over 7 years. Due to health issues we have been using the wash and fold service with decent results for the past 2 years. Today we came in with an extra bag of laundry that maxed out their weight policy of 80lbs. - who knew? They wanted to wash half and have us come in and pay and THEN they would WASH the second half and then pay - two trips. They called the owner/manager to verify the weight policy who said yes.
