Michelle was working at this time and she helped us out and was very kind. She pointed us to the big washers and dryers and recommended how much to add at a time and for how long. Most of the people seemed friendly there and there entire store is set up by using a plastic card to pay for the laundry, unlock the bathroom door, using the vending machine. Pretty cool. Shout out Michelle again and thank you laundry place.

Since Im back home visiting and needed to wash I opted here instead of going to the other place on 12th Ave. As a visitor, it didnt give an option to use my credit/debit card at the machine so needed to purchase a card and replenish it not knowing how much I will need or use so thats why I knocked off a star. What am i going to do with it if I still have 5 bucks on it???? The area is mostly kept up knowing the area is common for the unhoused community members. The attendant Laura came to set up shop setting off the alarm which startled the 7 people here. She apologized and felt bad but went about her duties. Not bad for the area but hey Im 3rd generation Tucsonian and coming from the Bay Area, nothing surprises or shocks me.

There is a good selection of machines from good old fashioned top loaders, to a few each of medium, large and extra large front loaders. Driers are all the same and the ones I used worked fine, though a few were marked "out of order." There is an attendant window which is currently unattended. Aside from the machines being slightly overpriced, the place just needs a tiny bit of TLC and a personal touch. It would make a big difference if they had something going with that attendant window. Maybe provide some service/s, even if just a couple times a week. If I lived closer it would definitely be my go-to laundromat. I liked it there.

The new owner put in all new washers and dryers which appear to be first class machines. In any case, I needed a very large comforter washed and dried and I did not want to do it myself. I checked out a number of locations on Yelp before choosing Coyote because of their location and the mention of new machines in a recent review. Before I actually took the item in, I went to check the place out and get a price, which was very fair. I was asked whether I wanted scented or non-scented detergent and softener which I appreciated. I was told to come back in three hours which I did. The item was ready and folded neatly in a heavy bag. I was very pleased with the service and the accommodating employee.
