My family and I flew from the San Francisco Bay Area to Houston Hobby and needed a ride to Galveston to port for a cruise. I contacted 3 different car service companies and decided to go with Top Tier Chauffeur services, out of instinct and I'm so happy I did. The day of our arrival, Betty texted me and provided me with the name of our driver, Kae, and his phone # and told me he will be in baggage claim to meet us after our flight. Soon after, I received a text from Kae. When we landed we went straight to baggage claim, there was Kae right when we got down the escalators holding a digital sign with my name on it. He made it easy to find him. He walked with us (there were 4 of us) to pick up our bags from the carousel then loaded our bags into the suburban. The ride was nice and clean. Kae was welcoming and engaged in our conversations. We started talking about Buc-cees and lo and behold we did a quick pit stop there. Our first time at a Buc-cees so we were super grateful for that stop. The day we came back from the cruise, I received a text from Kae letting me know he was going to be the one picking us up as well. I texted him when we got off the ship and he was there within minutes with cold water for each of us. If you know how hot and humid Galveston, TX gets then you know cold water is a treat. When we got off our ship I called them and we'd gotten off earlier and they picked us up 45 mins early. This company tries to accommodate their customers as much as they can.
