It was nice and quiet so made for a lovely vacation. The management were friendly and helpful. The park has a doggie park, with a bench to sit and enjoy. We used their sheltered tables, to sit out and enjoy our surroundings. It is close to eating establishments, shops, and entertainment. The beaches were only a short drive away. Highly recommend using this RV park, and the price was very reasonable, with full hook-ups. We will certainly be using this park on our future visits to Freeport.

This RV park was great the first few months but the last few months we stayed there was horrible…read more We were next door to some kids who live there full time and have NO adult supervision. Someone is there with them but does not keep an eye on them. My vehicle was all scratched up while there and the bottom of our camper was dug in by kids and the owners are well aware there is a problem with the kids but have done nothing to correct the issue. When talking with the owner again about moving out of rv park due to continual issues they said there is NOTHING we can do. Why continue giving our money to people who don't care who they rent to? We pay way too much much money for our vehicles and our 5th wheel to have kids banging scratching and touching all over our belongings. In case ur looking for a nice WELL managed rv park drive a little further to Brazoria Lakes Rv.....extremely nice, under new management and their property is well maintained....u pay for what u get!!!

Having stayed in parks from Seattle to here, I don't say that lightly. The beautiful oak trees provided a neverending stream of unique birds that were very amusing. The proximity to the gulf provided a great place to relax with a cool breeze. Scanning other parks close by showed us another beautiful place with a 450.00all inclusive rent. We are grandfathered in so our rent won't ever change. As a cancer patient I make several trips for treatment in Houston. There is a clinic close by. Fuel prices are .30less in the area and that adds up. On fixed incomes, this made the move too hard to resist. So with a heavy heart I leave this review and move on. Love to all. Mike and Rosie

The beautiful towering Live Oaks gives it a nature feel and the trees are maintained well. Close to beaches without that sandy feel. Close to town within/ 10 minutes, of show,shopping,and excellent restaurants. I even had my groceries delivered out here from HEB( so you know it's close to town). The AT&T coverage, is 5 bars. The Wifi is over the top and not the usual spotting reception that is usually at RV parks. It is maintained with sprayers , every few weeks for bugs, the grounds are maintained by professional movers, so it kept top notched. As previous owners of a RV park, i know what to tune into, and i will proudly give Live Oak RV park a 5 start rating.
