He took our information and said it could possibly be a week or so before they could get to us. We were surprised and happy the technician called the next day. He was going to be in the area and stopped by. Within a few minutes he had checked and tested several things and found the problem. He explained it to us and said if we have any follow up problems to just call. The fast, excellent, honest communication and repair was amazing and so appreciated! He gave us the option to eliminate the 110 ac, side and go with a tank less system. Which is dc, current and propane only. So we brought them after negotiations and were done within the time frame allotted. I did take the foam out to cold wash and hang dry my covers. So we looked at another trailer that the salesman claimed they took in on a trade. There were dealership plates on the trailer and they were not theirs. Then the price was not realistic for the year. No matter what shape it was in. Salesman was a bit smug when he was caught in a lie. I took my cash and left. I've had my fill of wholesale lots.
